@@vasquez0656 Basically yes, but Sambo has a less strict regulation on some aspects, which can make it more brutal. MMA is a very wide term. Basically if you do more than two martial arts you are already in the MMA realm, competition MMA is another thing altogether

I am training bjj but my takedowns suck (I never really succeeded in using single leg or double leg takedown), so since I used sumigaeshi by chance, I searched for video on this and found your video. Already subscribed, and love to see your videos to develop my standing game!
Please show a practical set of techniques that start with stand up striking (like the series ending in uranage ) integrate a throw and finish with an armbar. Спасибо.
