There is no one in this world who hasn't experienced failure. But still very few are able to take it in the right way. Mikin leverages his life experiences to talk about how every failure he faced ensured he came out as a better person which eventually led to a bigger success. He then digs deeper into the steps a person can follow to handle failure, analyze it and turn it into success. Mikin is passionate about education which to him means building all important skill-sets required to navigate the future. After completing his engineering from IIT Roorkee and MBA from IIM Calcutta, Mikin joined Merril Lynch's India Investment banking team where he advised companies on capital raising and Mergers and Acquisitions. Rapidly rising through the ranks, Mikin headed the healthcare practice at Merill Lynch and became the first Vice President in the team to be given independent sector coverage. However after close to a decade of investment banking experience, Mikin decided to pursue his passion - i.e. education and started LogIQids, an ed-tech venture focused on building important 21st century skills in school children where he and his team run a life long FREE of Cost program in partnership with schools to build these skills.
