I read the contract for Estately. I’m sure the quality of leads are good, however, they expect a 30% referral fee for the lead AND a 30% referral fee for any referrals given to you by that lead with 18 months of you receiving that lead. No thank you. I get a lot of referrals from my clients and do repeat business with them. I don’t think this company should get an additional 30% if that leas decides to refer their family member to me.
Pass on them if you don’t like their terms. I’ve always viewed it as I’d rather get 70% of transactions I wouldn’t otherwise get than 0% by not getting these leads.
I almost signed up but am second guessing myself. I have a team of 3 agents plus myself. total 4. Does followup boss allow you to take your info away to another app easier? you said that they don't at Boom town so does Follow up Boss?

Joseph, Opcity now has to be initiated at the Broker level then they add you. It is an easy process for the Broker. Simply have your broker go to opacity’s site and sign up then the broker can add you. I hope this helps.
