Does anyone have ever tried using lead generation tools uniquely designed for real estate? Because there is! Here's the holy trinity we know, which most of real estate professionals are not yet familiar with: USPS Addresss Lookup, Data Append, Email & Phone Validator. These tools are so underrated, and hopefully more realtors and other real estate experts get to discover its magic!
Great stuff. I get the idea flow here and I'd like to add "eye contact", say hello to the room when you enter and have positive body language. When ever you're out and about, be noticed without being over the top. Have a presence.
I see where you are coming from, however, I believe the most important tool is you. There is not gimmicks or cool gadgets. It is you and will always be you, if your mindset is not right for what you want and for Your business, you need to change it, and only you can decide that and only you can take that action. If you are not were you want to be, change it and take action now.

Everyone is trying to rob homeowners out of thier hard earned equity. I'm pretty sure it's a conflict of intrest to both price someone's home for sale and then try to buy it from them. Super sad people fall for it.

I incorporate this tool at least 2 days out of the week really focus on finding off market deals. And of course wherever I drive I am always looking .
