Great video! I'd add that Microsoft PPC ads fall under that Google/RUclips category, you have a great video about those as well. RUclips content generation is key and the best part is that very little competitors do it, and those that do don't do it well or consistently. I'm curious, Eric, what are your thoughts on RUclips and LinkedIn ads for real estate? I've run some RUclips ads but couldn't get any leads from them and haven't figured out an effective LinkedIn strategy, but I think there might be an untapped market there.
Hello eric, i have an issue on Facebook advertising. The problem is, I unable to manage or create and edit the Facebook ads because previously i got number of campaign rejection from platform side. Is there any solution to get back my ads account and i cant able to create another ads acc too! Please help me with your solution.

I was looking for exactly this, found exactly this, and heard exactly what I was looking to learn with great detail. Really drives home the point of searching with intent like you discuss. Facebook ad is running with less than a penny CPC, which from my learning, is a good thing? But it's not converting into leads, so what's the point. Getting started with consistency on google.
