I did have Google "expert" optimise my adverts, but it was basically just following the recommendations, I didn't allow them to mess with my adverts or create any new adverts for me. I do need to get a bit better at advert copy and thinking about the goal of the advert. Things are a little different over here, but I focus on using it for brand awareness in some cases.

Depends on your targeting. Hard to explain here but most of your targeting lives in the ad group. So you can have different ad groups for different areas/audiences under one campaign.

Yes they are inherently more competitive you just need to go into it understanding your lead cost is generally higher and the nurture process requires more active trust building. Usually I’m these markets we focus a lot on leveraging video with your leads.

Do you suggest chime using the chime CRM or chime IDX site with something like follow up boss? Which combination would be best?
Chime/Sierra/RG all work well. We still suggest pairing with FUB for dialing purposes.
