This is an excellent interview since you dont normally see Dr Berg so honest and upfront in his regular videos(which I understand). I've learned more from Dr Berg in a year than every other doctor I've encountered. Nice job!!
You are so awesome Dr. Berg. Thanks for all your research for sure! I am 73 and do not take any meds! It’s disgusting that all doctors do is prescribe meds.

A comment I'm about to make is not necessarily a health one but more of a deception with a famous pastry organization. They changed certain ingredients without changing label info Is this legal to do or are there loop holes that they can jump through? any thoughts please. I am deliberately not mentioning products. Thank you.
It's true, my mother made a dessert after a long time that she hadn't made it. It came out badly and we noticed that now they make the biscuits with more sugar and the mascarpone has less fat, we had to adjust the doses. And in the ingredients there is nothing written different! We are in Italy, so even in Europe it is the same thing!!
