I saw the other band with the other singer. They were pretty good too. Why can they only played to 300 people? Iron maiden still sells our arenas. I just don’t get it.
Geoff Tate is sounding better now and has recovered from the heart surgery he had. The problem with this live is the drums which are electronic and surely due to budgetary limits, they used a not state of the art drum module or VST. I wish he continues recording with the Italian project band Sweet Oblivion and perform live with them
What a bitter irony. If you hear of regional bands, egos have gotten in the way so much both bands can’t fail a 1000 cc club. If the original lineup played, they would be selling out arenas like maiden is.
people are changing and what was once the beloved theme now is longly forgotten. Chris wanted a stability for his family and chose a different path, Geoff had personal problems perhaps related to a degree with his family and chose to drink a lot of wine that affected his performance as a singer, Rockenfield wanted to be close to his family and assured that money will roll from his glorious days, he chose not to perform anymore but changed his mind when suddenly that stopped. So the meaning of all these is that when you choose to be part of a family, you will bottle up any negativity and confrontation and try to show your qualities as a man to the rest of the members.
