Thank you, always informative and helpful. I played around with sensitivity, and like the standard default settings. Like the responsiveness, especially for aerobatic planes, which have much twitcher control services than any other planes, but play around to see what you like. In RC planes, it’s called EXPO, and with 3D planes, like -35/-35 for elevator, ailerons, and rudder. Softens the sensitivity from all middle stick settings. This allows 3D flying, and high speed flying without the initial twitch, but tons of control while 3D/slow flying.

Which one do you prefer? Peoples are all over the Extreme 3D but I've seen someone recently mentionned that he actually prefered the t-flight. He mentionned the stick movement to be better (more accurate, better feeling? I don't remember).
These are very cheap sticks but are excellent for a beginner because of their price. Later, someone can upgrade and they make an excellent backup or second stick for a HOSAS...

Yeah they’re both good places to start, I’d go with whichever is cheaper, and then when you want to upgrade to something much better there are some really good options available now.

On the Thrustmaster throttle, I have zip ties holding it down in place vertically, then 2 zip ties across both zip ties horizontally, creating the right amount of tension on the zip ties holding it down, dragging the zip ties across the throttle stem, adding appropriate/adjustable amount of drag/resistance of the throttle. Way too free without tension. Same goes for rudder pedals. Way too light, so put bungee cords on both pedals pulling them both forward, keeping them centered, with a tad of tension on both pedals, helping them center without having to lift my feet off, and more feel while flying. Have to push a bit harder for full rudder either direction, but way better feel. I can add a pic of the cockpit I created, but don’t know how to add a pic to these comments.

I don't think you can include pictures, but I'd love to see what it looks like! You can find the email to contact me on the about page of the channel. I might include it in future video ;)

I leave them as is. I find them to be pretty good for most general aviation airplanes.

Be sure all control services are set to 100% throw, leave sensitivity default/linear. Tried same settings as I use for RC plane EXPO (sensitivity), but going back and forth, no EXPO needed in this sim. All the small aircraft, with exception of Extra/Pitts, are nauseatingly slow/sluggish reacting as it is🤣

You can copy an existing profile, and unbind the functions you don’t want, and bind the new functions you do want. Hope that helps!
