Very helpful. My 2004 model had an AC unit issue where the AC really only worked if setting the temp to LO. I reset the errors as you showed and so far it seems to be working correctly and I set it to 70 degrees F for the first time in years.

On 2005 Mercedes Benz S500 I purchased 2 bulbs xenon 230$ i did install them but they don't work when I start the car if i put high beams on it works . it won't work on auto mode as well. you have very good knowledge of this car will help. The car runs fine very quite it has 165000 KM it's just the lights that are not working properly.Thanks for uploading the video.

I have a 2000 s430 and no mater what I do I cannot erase the error codes on the dash like the EPS and Airmatic so any help would be appreciated. Also, the display you show on your video is so nice and sharp...mine is heavily pixelated. My question is this something that I can replace, and if so any pointers on how to get those electronic parts would be helpful. Thanks again!
help we own a s500 2003 several times in the midle the road the engine stop and after 10 /15 minutes starts again and after maybe 25 minutes stop again and againg and again the same the same situacion and finally get home im afraid to ride any more is my transportation to go to work,what i can do?thanks for any help

The mechanism that spins the tapes in an S class is far superior then most cars. I'm not noticing any added sound from the tape spinning. Seems to work fine, saved me several hundred dollars.
Hey man, do you happen to know how to force eject a tape from the comand? Tried reset few times from hidden menu but it keeps opening the tape player with tape inside but does not spit it out, then I get error kassettenfehler, any help would be appreciated ❤
My navigation/stereo does not turn on and the check engine light does not come on at all, it does not come on with ignition on engine off or engine started and running. Do you have any suggestions what to check to find the problems? Thank you
What year? If it's an older diesel model it means they added a special filter for pollution after market (due to the new Diesel regulations laws) which tend to clog up if you don't drive the car on a highway from time to time. You probably have already fixed the issue though

Doesn't sound software related, you could have a cable issue
What kind of key is inserted in slot under reset button on right side of infotainment ?
It's a tool to remove the gauge cluster, they can be found on ebay relatively cheap.
What is that metal slide in thing in the slot under the reset button , there are slots both sides what do they do ?
That's a tool that you can use to remove the actual cluster.
I had my 2004 cl500 sitting for 3-4 days now my battery is dead and key wouldn't even turn!! Never happened before
