    Philips Pasta Maker is a good engine to make very fresh budgeting pasta at home. With a bit of flour, an egg and baby spinach, you will have fresh spinach linguine within minutes. Lets do it with me with very clear step by step instructions and detailed ingredients quantity.

    SPINACH LINGUINE 300gr
    baby spinach 150gr
    60ml spinach juice (use juicer or blender)
    1 fresh egg
    250gr all purpose flour
    olive oil
    salt for boiling the linguine
    LINGUINE D'ÉPINARD 300gr
    150gr d'épinard
    60ml juice d'épinard
    1 oeuf frais
    250gr farine tout usage
    huile d'olive
    sel pour bouillir les pâtes
    MỲ Ý 300gr
    rau bina 150gr
    60ml nước ép rau
    1 quả trứng tươi
    250gr bột mỳ đa dụng
    dầu olive
    muối để cho vào nước luộc mỳ

      Do the linguine stick to each other after machine's extrusion? Some seem attached but I can't understand from the video.

      @@andreac6630 Hello, the linguine do not stick to each other during whole process. After boiling, some olive oil make them really smooth !

    Great video, my only question is what is the steel lid you placed spaghetti on after cooking? I need one of those

      Hi Lorenzo, that plate we got from our grand parents ! it is used for pastry, oven cooking and many things in the kitchen ! You may find one in vintage or antique shops I think !

    When using the blender is the spinach cooked or raw?

      its raw ! You will need to boil it !

      ​@@daisygourmand8743 how much water did you add to how much spinach? I did not see any of this being boiled, so I assume it gets boiled when the spaghetti is cooked?

      Hi, I make 60ml spinach juice, mix it with one fresh egg, you will get about 100ml of egg and spinach liquid

    Would you want to put the egg in then add spinach puree and measure it and then mix the liquids together with the fork?
