Hi Lorenzo, that plate we got from our grand parents ! it is used for pastry, oven cooking and many things in the kitchen ! You may find one in vintage or antique shops I think !
@@daisygourmand8743 how much water did you add to how much spinach? I did not see any of this being boiled, so I assume it gets boiled when the spaghetti is cooked?

Do the linguine stick to each other after machine's extrusion? Some seem attached but I can't understand from the video.

When using the blender is the spinach cooked or raw?
its raw ! You will need to boil it !

Would you want to put the egg in then add spinach puree and measure it and then mix the liquids together with the fork?
