I bought an LG 2020 Bill oh my God it's a nightmare with their closed captioning especially digital? I can't hear so I guess I'll take it back I love LG just has a 4.1 build maybe the 6.1 build will support it? Something so simple has become so complicated? Guess I will take it back today and try to get a 2021 model somewhere else if you can't hear you can't hear frustration City

I have subtitles activated , but when I watch content on the free LG Channels TV there are no subtitles showing even on recent movies, why is that?

all I want is to have close caption, and there are no easy ways to access that feature...why make it so tough that the average household can't use the smart tv and set it up without some geek squad support? If I had known this tv was so impossible to use, I wouldn't have bought this brand.
