it will save soo much of your time if you're gonna directly contact your tv manufacturer to set up new tv. instead of contacting your cable provider. 😓 i tried to assist cx for her new tv. it took me 30 mins to set up an lg tv, im not even trained for this. 😓 she wanted me to fix her tv, even if i told her multiple time that we are not trained for your tv. but we got it fixed, it took us 30 mins to complete the process..
At 1.43 there is "how do you get your tv service" chapter with 4 options . On my screen only two of them appear. I need "i don't have TV service" option, which i don't have. LG43" UHD LED webOS Smart TV (43UP7560aud) How to get it? Thank you
Do you have a diagram to help me put the connections in the right place? Sure would help. Also, my new LG Thin Q just stopped one morning. It was fine when I went to bed. I checked all the connections, they were tight. Modem and Router are on, lights on. TV has no "OFF" light on. Do you have some idea what I should do?

I am trying to connect a Sound Bar to my LG TV. In the settings menu for sound, the sound output is set to Auto. It won't let me change it to PCM the option is shaded in the list. My soundbar says output must be set to PCM to operate thru the Optical cable. Any ideas?

Lg magic remote of model (AN-MR18BA ) ok(scroll) button is not working.. if we long press on it, there is red light on top of remote and other keys are also not working.. please help me in solving this issue
why do you remove Channel and Volume Control on the LGTV itself? this is one instance where old TVs beat Smart TVs. Channel can be changed without Smart Phones or remote controls
