This is not so, as there is no scart socket which my old tv has so I couldn't connect my BT box. Got fed up after messing around for over an hour and it's going back to the shop
You should have a hdmi socket to go to your tv from your bt box? Is there a local installer who can help you out? They shouldn't charge too much to help you out. Hope you get sorted
I have a not smart earlier version of this TV. I found the way LG's terrestrial tuning works on this TV unique. If you hit a number on the remote, a list of all the channels starting with that number will appear. You can use arrows up and down to choose a channel or continue entering numbers and the list will shrink accordingly, (i.e. 3 gives you all the 3's, 31's, and 35's. Hit 1 and the list shrinks to show only the 31's). I was hoping that you would demo how you tune in different channels. Have they continued to use this method of terrestrial tuning?

You could always buy a universal central TV stand for £20-25. That's what I've done. Way sturdier, looks better and can help keep your wires tidy/hidden.

@@RedragonReviews it doesn’t have any bass on that volume level. Changing the sound signature makes the sound crackle. Not the best TVs. Sony does it best with sound.
I got the 49UN7300 and the viewing angles are bad. I am even wondering if it is an IPS panel even though on the box says its an IPS panel. Watching it from the centre looks decent but nothing special. CONTRAST is poor. Blacks are poor are well. The frame on the tv looks very cheap and thin.

Its because 2019 8k Samsung TVs were 8k (7680 × 4320) by the number of pixels, but not 8k quality picture wise. So now LG markets all their TVs real 4k or real 8k, because picture quality also matches number of pixels.

I wish you would've taken it out of the power saver mode. It makes the brightness really dulled and dark.
It's better for your eyes on power saver mode.

I think its the same, check with your local retailer to see if it includes the remote.

Lg budget tvs are so thick. Samsung's tends to have a thinner, more premium design for their 4k budget sets.
Its because all LG LED tvs are Direct LED, not Edge LED.
And they have much better sound. Though a sound bar is still recommended for bass and a surround sound feel.

Most 43" tvs are similar in screen dimensions if they have the narrow border but I'll get them if it helps you
