My dad also died from COVID-19. He unfortunately had a lot of health issues like heart disease and kidney failure. All due to unhealthy eating. Obesity has always been something in my family and his death just broke me. I promised myself that if I could do everything in my will to take care of myself not just for myself but also for my family I was going to do it. And here I am today watching your videos you are definitely helping me with my health journey. I pray that you would be comforted with this loss I know it never gets easier we just kind of learn to deal with it. Love your videos your food is amazing.

My situation parallels yours in uncanny ways-I left Australia and have lived in California and Texas-my father died in Australia at the beginning of the pandemic and now my mother has sudden onset dementia…my husband and I lost our business due to lockdowns -so we’ve been taking the hits too. Can you try to do a video with products in places that don’t have healthy stuff? Walmart is the grocery store here and they don’t have many options. We don’t have good produce like the strawberries and blue berries are usually already mushy and they mild within 3 days of buying them.

I lost my brother-in-law to it while I was in the hospital with Covid pneumonia for 5 weeks, where the doctors were telling me I would die. God had other plans for me! 2 years later my lungs are finally functioning at 64%, but I still struggle daily. I came to your channel looking for ways to work on my diet as exercise is hard to do without full lung capacity. Little did I know you would offer so much information!

Can you try to do a video with products in places that don’t have healthy stuff? Walmart is the grocery store here and they don’t have many options. We don’t have good produce like the strawberries and blue berries are usually already mushy and they mild within 3 days of buying them.

I’m so sorry to hear about your father. Covid changed a lot of lives. I lost my brother-in-law to it while I was in the hospital with Covid pneumonia for 5 weeks, where the doctors were telling me I would die. God had other plans for me! 2 years later my lungs are finally functioning at 64%, but I still struggle daily. I came to your channel looking for ways to work on my diet as exercise is hard to do without full lung capacity. Little did I know you would offer so much information!
