The extra unknown wires are always a “wonder if I need those” - haha. Nice work! Hope they all work as documented. Soldering is what I use my helping hands for most of the time. But I need a new one (mine is about 15+ years old). My magnifier is tarnished and hard to see though and the alligator clips are rusty. I’ll pick one up from HF, make a little cover for the magnifier and spray some silicone on the metal parts to keep them from rusting.
I'll probably eventually use some of those wires when I connect up the backup camera. That might be more work than putting the radio in. I should probably get started on that...
