Thanks a lot for this video!! Do you know by any chance if there is a way of maintaining different default settings for photo and video? So for example, that every time I switch to video mode my ss is 1/50 and when I switch to photo it's 1/250? Thanks again!!

I just tried to test it for you, but if I checked correctly it is not possible to put aperture and shutter speed on to the custermizable wheel. That would be necessary after setting the aperture ring and shutter speed dial on Automatic, but there is no option in the menu to set this up.
Q series is still focused on photography, but it would be nice, if we could use the great video feature of the Q3 at more convenience.

If you haven’t setup your function buttons yet, press the left button on the level of the thumb rest. With every press you will the the frame lines for the according focal length. Keep in mind this is just a digital crop, no real zoom.
