    Taking your shoes off also increases the difficulty of the exercises because you're removing all of the extra stability and grip they provide. Great video coach, will give these a try!

    Do you hold your core tight intentionally while doing the exercises

      I’m bracing or contracting and relaxing depending on how dynamic the exercise is

    Can we increase difficulty by standing on a wobble balance board?

      I’m not a big fan of wobble boards but using a heavier ball would be a better alternative
