I was on the same exact path as you with surgery and had discounted mesh and was trying to schedule with the same doctor in NY for the Shouldice procedure when I started getting good results with my harness belt and exercises and prayer. Wow an amazing video, I'm 28 and the past April of 2021, suddenly I wake up With my rectum and testicles swollen, the pain was so so awful in my pelvis and pubis, I couldn't walk due to the pain for a whole month, all my scrotum was Also swollen, unfortunately the first 3 doctors couldn't detect me the 2 inguinal hernias that I have on each side, until past november the 4th doctor that I visited detected me 1 hernia on each side, one have a size of 8cm and the other have a size of 10 cm, I still have pain in my rectum and scrotum but I feel much better than April, but it seems that I need surgery due to one of my hernia have a piece of intestine, sometimes the pain in my rectum is awful, I'm not able to walk long distances due to the pain, your video gave me a lot of courage Blessings from México City

Hi, Francisco. That’s great that you haven’t had a rupture. Yes, I do believe the nutritional and exercise tips I give could prevent it from rupturing. As a disclaimer, I am no doctor though, so just know that I only speak from personal experience and study. I’d challenge you to be very strict and consistent on the diet and exercise tips for the next 2 weeks and see how you feel by the end of it. I often saw good results within 2 weeks whenever I made a positive change in my diet or exercise. Jesus created our bodies to heal when we give them what they need, but having faith that that is so is a crucial part in the healing process as well.
I have a hernia also. And I was dying for 5 months of unknown disease. I live in Russia where their only solution is to finish me off with pills. I've had a heart attack at home because paramedics wouldn't believe me because I have a history of mental illness. God is my only option. My own mother wants me dead. Hey! Thank you. Faith in the fact that God created our bodies to heal, and faith that Jesus wants us healed are the most important aspects, but if you can, watch all my videos and you’ll have a good idea how to begin caring for your hernia naturally.
I believe what happened was you stopped doing the exercises and it gave your body the ability to heal. You likely were doing the exercises too hard or too often, rest is good. Does prayer help? Absolutely, because it relieves stress. This is my opinion on the matter.

Great news Grant. Very inspirational. Having and dealing with an inguinal hernia is harrowing. Most doctors and average Joe's will immediately press to have the surgery. There is very little help or inspiration for the hernia outside of pushing the surgery. Yours, George's and other's channels do offer hope. Thank you so much. I noticed one issue from your last video that you may not have registered as much for its impact on the hernia ~ weight loss. I do believe a moderate drop in weight will rearrange things in your body in a beneficial way. I've been trying to lose weight. I've noticed as the weight has gone down there is a noticeable difference. I also recommend seeing a Chinese herbalist. They will have a unique take on the issue. My Chinese herbalist said people on opposite ends of the weight spectrum will be out of balance in their gut region. The herbalist says overweight people will benefit from losing weight and underweight or thinner people will benefit from adding extra muscle especially in the mid section. There is a specific herb they can give you which is supposed to aid in invigorating and strengthening the mid section muscle area.

And the hernia isn't swelling or popping out like before.
