@@ere5763 It was through prayer. An evangelist came to our church, and my mother took me up to the alter for prayer. She checked me later that night and it was gone.

I've been able to heal from an inguinal hernia by doing planks every day. I've been doing this for months and am up to 12 minutes of planks a day. My theory is that building up and strengthening the entire abdominal section has made it so that the hernia can't come through anymore. I had an issue with the hernia for a few years and now suddenly after months of the plank exercises, it's all healed. So glad to be rid of it :)

@@wokerim I'm 100% serious. Although, I never saw a doctor about it. Based on the area the hernia popped out from, I thought it would make sense to try and strengthen those muscles. My hernia was near the bottom right of the abdominal section. I can't remember how long it took, but I know it was less than a year from starting the exercises to when the hernia stopped popping out.

My doctor called me regarding my epigastric hernia just moments ago here. Surgery date scheduled for August 24th. As soon as the call ended I got on my knees, prayed in tongues and declared in Jesus mighty name that it will be healed before the surgery is set to take place. Whatever is in His will, let it be done! I'm ready for a testimony!
@@Infinito-sk2vh I still had a surgery but I recovered really quick and had only slight discomfort for about a week. In short Jesus made it quick and pretty much painless

@@oliverkent7158 The result for me on my epigastric hernia I prayed for a divine healing prior to surgery and while I still ended up going for surgery in the end, I was in good hands of an anointed surgeon. I came out aside from the anesthetic effects pretty much with only slight discomfort and a fast divine healing that Jesus provided. I had almost no discomfort after a week. 3 months later post removal and it has healed without any complications! I pray a divine healing for yourself that you won't have to go for surgery or that if you do you will have a surgeon that will be anointed by Christ in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS, AMEN!
@@Infinito-sk2vh Yes while it wasn't miraculously healed prior to surgery, I was put in the hands of an anointed surgeon and only had slight discomfort for about a week. I was given a fast divine recovery. 3 months later now and it has been removed and healed without any complications!
@@m_jay5 thanks. A friend of mine had a day surgery hernia earlier in the year. He made a good recovery at 73 years of age. Thanks for your comments and prayers

I’ve been using kinesiology tape...a bit of shaving required and go careful strapping up...mine flattens out and supports very well....good luck all the best 👍🏻

Just massage at night slow motion 5to10mins after massage ice it for 20mins after 20mins rest for another 20mins then ice for 20mins..see how it goes just to add up don't lift heavy or strainouswork.. Keep it easy and slow.. Tell me how it goes

@@evensmith-vland3659 Hi. I figured out what was happening, so I still have the hernia, but it would seem the pain I experience was acid reflux. After one week when I was vomiting I didn't feel like eating meat, so I stopped for an entire month and didn't experience any pain at all. Then I reintroduced meat in to my diet and the pain started again, so I limit eating any types of meat now to ensure I don't experience any pain. Thanks for asking :)

Ive had 4 over the course of my life. I was Christian for over 20 years. I eventually had surgery. Jesus didnt care enough about me i guess.
Jesus does care about you! I have a hernia as Im typing. I pray He heals you, but even IF i dont receive healing I know He care for me. Perhaps He will heal us both without undergoing any surgical procedure. God bless you in Jesus Name.. Amen
@@josephglasgow1879 I hope so man. For 20 years everything I asked him for I got the opposite. Even the surgeon that fixed me last time prayed to Jesus before surgery. Well, the surgery lasted about 9 months and failed again. It's like Jesus wants me to leave him alone. He has made it a point to NEVER give me what I desire. If I was almighty and all-powerful my son would NEVER suffer.

I have been using the muscle tape around my underwear (shorts) tight ..so twice around waist this holds it back and is good when out and about, it supports and assists healing i truly believe!! And i pray also, shall we meet back here in 6 months all healed up ? 😉👌🏻
God gave me a hernia and refused to heal it. I’m pissed.
God doesn't give sickness & He doesn't refuse to heal people. I believe you are mistaking God for the devil
