@@riofanl3638 If you watch the Ethereal Reflections interview on the Earache youtube channel it sheds some light. Columbia Records tried to back Cathedral, gave them a nice studio to record their second album in and backed a big US tour. The band admit they weren't really comfortable with or ready for the extra pressure this brought and the things they were being asked to do.

I sort of remember being in the crowd going total batshit crazy to this. I was a little hammered but that's how it goes at bloodstock.

Cathedral could sure kick off a groove in their day as well as the slow dirgy delightfully dismal stuff. They did so much to promote doom metal in their quintessentally quirky way. Great band.

I know he is not singing "nullified", yet this is the word used in the liner notes of the CD I own, and on every website. Does anyone know what it is he is singing? Please help :)

I remember seeing the music video for Ride on Headbangers Ball back in the nineties. The music was awesome but I wasn’t big on the singing. I actually like his live voice better. 🤷‍♂️
