This right here shows how smart Bart can be. Making stories like this and pulling a prank to send all his friends running thinking that Dark Stanley actually did come and kill him. Now that was real genius planning right there. Too bad the writers now days want to continue making him dumb like Homer.
I wished they focused more of this as the main focus of Bart’s plot of this episode. I also thought it was a TreeHouse of Horror segment before Bart visited his psychiatrist
