As a novice- the lack of UI on-screen makes it difficult for me to follow along like I can with your beginner tutorial videos

Doable for beginners, yes seeing the cord names on screen as he is strumming is a good idea😊

I think the baritone is becoming my favorite over my tenor ukulele. I love this piece! Thank you for the video. By the way what strings did you use?

Appreciate your time and all you do for so many of us. I’m loving your arrangements. I hope you continue to play (teach us) other songs with the baritone Uke. Thanks.

Beautiful💗. Little bit hard to follow as far as learning. Would you have this written out, maybe display within the screen? Sounds so lovely💗

Beautiful song, but you transposed it from it's A minor, which worked great on the tenor ukulele. Playing it in E minor makes it easier on the baritone ukulele. Nothing wrong with that, it's just I have the sheet music.

I love how the melody captured me for an hour, will work on this for sure. The 2nd part is more challenging to me but your guides are laid out so well I can follow fairly well!

    Hi Marco
I am very close to buying my first serious uke and was wondering if I could ask your opinion on it. Its very expensive for me and will be up there with my most expensive purchases so is in fact a little scary.
I am looking at the flight fireball baritone.
Anyone else have an opinion it would be appreciated.

Im certainly no expert so take my advice with a grain of salt, but just from my own experiences in buying different ukuleles the thing that will make the biggest difference is between solid wood and laminate. Solids are more expensive but sound way better. That isn't to say that laminates don't sound good, they are more than acceptable. Some compromise and make the front part with the sound hole out of solid wood and then the rest is laminate. The next thing for me is the width of the neck. Some have thinner necks which can make strumming chords a little easier but harder to fingerpick than a wider neck. The next thing that is probably hard to do if you're buying it online, but I make sure to play each fret on each string because sometimes frets can have either a buzzy or a dull sound which is super annoying. Buzz is easy enough to deal with by lightly filling down frets, but I haven't figured out yet what causes the dull sound so I don't know how to fix that one. Another thing I check are the ends of the frets. Cheaper ukuleles can have pretty sharp ends that aren't comfortable but the higher end companies will spend more time and effort drying the wood before assembly so the wood doesnt warp as much which is what can expose the fret ends. That doesn't affect the sound but you don't want to be scratching your fingers sliding up and down the neck. That can also be fixed with a file though. Then after that it's just how you like the look of it. Wood grain patterns, color, etc. I'm sure others may have better advice but hopefully thats a start of things to think about.
