In this video Voddie once again deals with the Law of God and the New Covenant Believer's relationship to The Law.

I like Voddy. I believe he has a genuine heart for the church. And I generally agree with his teaching. Though, it is difficult to believe that a man professing the grace of Christ can, then, preach the attainment of the righteousness of God through the law given to Israel.

      Romans 4:14-16
      International Children’s Bible
14 If people could receive what God promised by following the law, then faith is worthless. And God’s promise to Abraham is worthless, 15 because the law can only bring God’s anger. But if there is no law, then there is nothing to disobey.
16 So people receive God’s promise by having faith. This happens so that the promise can be a free gift. And if the promise is a free gift, then all of Abraham’s children can have that promise. The promise is not only for those people that live under the law of Moses. It is for anyone who lives with faith like Abraham. He is the father of us all.

But what actions did Abraham practice after he had faith in God?... Is the more dense question. He didn't just have faith. After he was convicted of his faith then he does actions... Listen and do God's will. It's kind of common sense.

Romans 13:9. 'For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet", and any other commandment are summed up in this word; You shall love your neighbour as yourself. Love does no wrong to a neighbour, therefore love is fulfilling the law.'
Gal. 3:19 Why the Law then? It was added because of transgressions, having been ordained through angels by the agency of a mediator, until the seed would come to whom the promise had been made.
Galatians 3:23 'Now before faith came we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed. So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith. But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian (the law).

@@kac0404 It's beyond me too. Unfortunately, it's what they are taught when they come into Christ. They are, therefore, confused about what sin is. This is sin; "Whatever does not proceed from faith, is sin" Romans 14:23. This is what the apostle Paul says about sin in the new covenant. Very unlike the old covenant, made with Israel, which was based on the law as its 'terms and conditions'.

    How God Makes People Right
21 But God has a way to make people right with him without the law. And God has now shown us that way which the law and the prophets told us about. 22 God makes people right with himself through their faith in Jesus Christ. This is true for all who believe in Christ, because all are the same. 23 All people have sinned and are not good enough for God’s glory. 24 People are made right with God by his grace, which is a free gift. They are made right with God by being made free from sin through Jesus Christ.

4 We talked about this problem because some false brothers had come into our group secretly. They came in like spies to find out about the freedom we have in Christ Jesus. They wanted to make us slaves. 5 But we did not agree with anything those false brothers wanted! We wanted the truth of the Good News to continue for you.
6 Those men who seemed to be important did not change the Good News that I preach. (It doesn’t matter to me if they were “important” or not. To God all men are the same.)

1/3 of those laws are for the priest, Hebrews 4:14 Jesus is now the High Priest. Another 1/3 is for the temple. 1 Corinthians 6:19. Some are for women some for men. So the 613 Laws are easily broken down into which ones are to be followed

Well at leastChrist didn't set the bar too high...the scribes and Pharisees were hypocrits! Told others what was holy and righteous, but didn't follow or lead with love and compassion.
