This was less about hotdogs and more about alternative ways to make things you'd usually get in a box or premade. I had no idea you could make mac and cheese like that. Also the chili meat. I'll be using that recipe in the future for sure.

A salsicha americana parece uma espécie de linguiça, enquanto a do brasileira é um embutido mesmo.
Aqui em Goiás, costumamos só fazer o molho de salsicha picada junto com batata palha (pode pôr milho e ervilha também)
Na verdade depende muito, pois geralmente pode variar de carne moida Mais molhada, ou seca igual do video, aqui por exemplo é uma carne moida mole, e adicionam também pure e outros complementos.

I kinda want to do that one dipped in batter and fried. Month or 2 back I had some really nice bacon wrapped shrimp which were super good. So I kinda want to take my brat and spit it open long ways and slit sideways so its straight, ( I cut them side ways several times so that way they lay flat on my buns) fill with cheese and wrap in 2 pieces of bacon and double dip fry it in batter. I think it would be really good.

El del 2000 es muy similar al que se conoce como "completo" en Chile, es muy popular en su país y para ellos es como para España la tortilla de patata, y digo similar por que no es exactamente igual, en lugar de salsa picante por debajo le suelen añadir tomates cortado en cuadrados y mayonesa, ketchup y mostaza por encima del aguacate, en cuanto cilantro no sé si lleva pero suele ser muy popular también, así que no sería raro que algunos completos lo tengan también.

that last one I never tried on a bun. bit of a children's dinner staple is mac'n'cheese mixed with cut up hot dogs. condiments vary, my sister loves ketchup (then again what doesn't she love ketchup with?) I load mine up with tons of black pepper.
