Very nice video! Usually here before putting the pizza in the oven for cooking we add some olive oil on all the pizzas (except the 4 cheese and I think the Hawaii one) this will make them cook better and make them tastier and softer. The wooden spatula should be used only to put pizza in oven then, you need a metal (and tinyer) spatula to rotate them in the oven and to remove them once they are ready. Your pizzas looks very good.
