All you need is sauteed onions and some Montgomery inn bbq sauce and a charcoal grill and you can make some good hot dogs my friends.

Just because it's pink doesn't mean it's raw. Almost all hot dogs are cured, and cured meat is pink (ever have ham before?). Also, I'd assume those are pork sausages based on the color, which would make it lighter than the beef franks we get in States.

Man, we take it for granted how much work it is to have clean, safe & good food prep. This is just for regular fast food or a food truck too. You know the proprietors are passionate about their food when you see all the care & work involved. They don’t do it for the easy hours or to get rich. It’s not only the preparation & cooking but also the cleaning,etc. You can appreciate how clean everything is & all the hard work they do. The end result is a better product I truly believe. On a side note, I always hated those inflatable retail signs but that hot dog one is pretty sweet, not gonna lie.
Big facts on everything you said. This amount of work is why sometimes we have to be dedicated to closing at a certain time and it gets frustrating when people say oh can you take on more order or hey you should stay open longer. When we serve people is just a portion of the job. To keep my kitchen and business clean and respectable is many more hours after close and prep is numerous hours before opening.
it's actually a food safety issue to wash meat products in the sink 😅

I must say that if there has been a silver lining having come out of the Pandemic, is that the bar has been raised for cleanliness in food establishments and its a pleasure these days to eat out. These dogs look wonderful, sadly we don't have anything like this in Canada. If I'm ever in Korea I'll have to check this place out.

Quality and passion? It's frozen hotdogs and prepackaged ingredients. Anyone can open a can or bag and mix item A into item B. The assembly was clean and consistent, which is to be expected from fast food, but come on.

That's true though. You know canned corn, flour, and spam are pretty much a staple in South Korea during and afterthe Korean war. It's because of the food supply brought from the U.S.

Yum!, reminds me of Colombian hot dogs!! We had a shop in my neighborhood in NYC years ago, and I ate so many that I gained weight. Well worth it, but sadly they eventually closed. RIP Los Perros Locos, LES.

What I like is Avocado and sriracha sauce on a hot dog. And maybe potato chips, for crunch. Costco has good hot dogs.
Colombian hot dogs use potato ships instead of corn flakes. I think it makes more sense
but Korean style looks good too.

In México we add avocado sometimes. But I prefer bacon. Onion, tomatoe and jalapeno are the "standard".
We call a dog with bacon and cheese a "texas dog," here. I like bacon and cheese with mustard, and jalapeños if I got em. Grilled onions, too.
Similar a los "completos chilenos" palta(aguacate), tomate y mayonesa. A veces con cebolla, chucrut y otros ingredientes.
Bacon wrapped hot dogs are the best...with ketchup, mayonnaise, light mustard, grill onions and jalapeños or a hot grill pepper. Yummy...
