Shes Still Rolling Strong. I started using Shell Rotella 15w-40 2nd day i got it. (in the hot summer months) and 10w-40 in the winter. Only uses a little bit of oil. less than half a quart / 3K miles. Transmission needed some lucas, 2 years ago. Would slip when temps were over 90 in FL,. but its been great since the thick stuff was added.

In my opinion, the 3.4L sounds better than the 3.8L
Maybe not V8 power, but sounds good. If the cam and lifters were quality and broke in well together, the car will last and last.
