You two seem very level-headed to me. Just thought I’d say that, being as you were talking about people’s different personalities. I love watching all your videos. You never forget a detail. Great job Randy and Amanda! Oh yeah, I also love when one of you says something funny and you both end up laughing your head off.

Wait... I met you in person Randy ! At the Tiny Fest here in Scottsdale, AZ. HOW can anyone say anything bad about you ? Very friendly and fun to talk to... Right, some people just want to hate, and for no reason. I found your RUclips just before the Pandemic started and at the time I lost my place when Rents went Nuts. All you had on that site was the Thunder Dome and a handful of Tiny Homes on the Beach. The site was rough looking, you all were just getting Rolling there. NOW LOOK !! Beyond Impressed !! Love what you Guys do there !! ❤😊

I interviewed Randy last year in Quartzsite Arizona for my RUclips channel and he is just as sweet in person as he is on his videos. He has done so much and is doing so much for people just out of the goodness of his heart. I haven't come across any other TH builders that are thinking of the people first, like Randy does. He wants affordable housing and great builds. 😊

I love my Charleston. I have a tall full size bed that I use the underneath for extra storage and a big plus is first floor bedroom and definitely the stackable washer/dryer. It’s really like a “real “ home. Of course I see it as a regular home...my home

😂 Amanda I loved how you smelt the candle and then had ACE smell the candle LOL.
So talking about living next door to your neighbor's and hearing the noise from your neighbors. I was about four or five years old sitting out in the front yard singing my little heart out to some random song and one of my neighbors opened her door and hollered at me to shut up because I was singing too loud and she was trying to take a nap 😂 I am 44 years old and I have never forgot that moment it was so funny 😅 ~T

Hello Randy and Amanda, great seeing you both and I am happy to see and hear you both are feeling better and getting back to your normal healthy selves.
The Charleston is my favorite with the Birminghamin a close second. One of hese are the home I pray to have in the, hopefully, near future.
Randy, don't worry about the haters who want you to fail, I am confident that there are far more who love aou and what you are doing. The so called haters in your communities need to pack up and move on down the road. Let them try to find someone who is as real and sincere as you and Amanda are.
God Bless you both and your crews at ITH, Thank you for all you do with giving others a real hope of living a better life.
Blessings and Peace, God Bless America 🕊☦️🙏🇺🇸🕊

I love ITH, Amanda, Randy, and Ace. I live in the UK so I'm not able to get one of your amazing homes. The only thing about the tiny homes is that I would always love to have a proper bath in my house. A real full length bathtub to soak in. Anyhoo, I just wanted to say that I love your homes and your business model and you guys. Happy 2024 to you all 🎉🎉🎉

There's a simple fix for that... turn on the fan before you sit down, and light a candle ... the gas will be eliminated by the flame of the candle, and a spray of odor neutralizer will leave the room fresh. You could also just ask them to build the wall above the front of the shower & cupboard all the way up to the ceiling. 😊

Hi Amanda and Randy. hey I just want to say something about tiny homes and apparently how well built they are. I saw a liitle bit of video of the RV park hit by tornados in Mariana, FloridaI believe, and in the video I saw a few Tiny homes that looked like a ITH's homes. Not sure if they were or not, but the ones I saw appeared to have damaged but otherwise standing tall. I think that IF this is so, wow! Tiny homes that can with stand high wind damage! Like those that were thrown into that lake last year? Remember? Its just amazing. Love yall!

Love when you go revisit the different model homes. It's great for coming up with ideas of what you can do in them.
    Keep feeling better Amanda!
Randy i love your artistic architectural views. Like at the creek etc... making the lots to fit the home, especially.
I've lived in a trailer park, city homes, suburbs, country.... I'm really good with anywhere. Being very hard of hearing people seem to love my being a neighbor because i have no issue with how loud they are. But i do listen to music/videos on the phone etc with sound all the way up to try understanding what's said.... But i try to conciously not to be"noisy" before and after certain times. And within first week of whenever I've moved in somewhere, i intro myself to the neighbors and let them know if i do get too loud let me know, that way i can adjust. Or even use head phones lol. So i can be loud enough for me. I guess what I'm saying.... It's really just using common sense and common courtesy to live in any living situation.

Randy, you are so right . I live in Canada and tiny homes are not being accepted as muc. I am looking at Vancouver across the water from Seattle. As you look they very long with 8 ft. no chance available. They make them just about as long as you want.. This small group in the. It is what they need in need in the city that housed homeless people, very small but they are so proud of them. They have this listed as a park. It's not. So you build your home and have no place to to park. That's what is different. You build them with a beaked that looks like a house. Be proud, very proud of what you have done for people.

I LOVE the videos of your tiny homes. I have been binge-watching them, and let's just say it's no my secret obsession! I have a 14x40 shed that I will convert to a home. While I designed my floorplan prior to having the shed built, I have picked up on a few extra design ideas by watching your videos. I always thought I couldn't survive without a 5x8 bathroom, but after watching your videos, 36" or 48" wide is doable. I love architecture. One tip for you. Have a tape measure on hand when making your videos. You can then say "let me take a quick measurement so you know the width of this particular feature." I have a 25-foot tape measure in my car at all times. I also pack a 12-foot tape measure in my overnight bag when staying in hotels. You never know when something will catch your eye and you need measurements! I plan on visiting your website soon. I haven't had a chance since I am too buy watching the videos! The Emmy for BEST tiny house video goes to....

Listening to you two telling tales about allll the people who make up communities reminded me of a line Dixie Carter as Julia Sugarbaker said on Designing Women. "no one in the South ever asks if you have crazy people in your family. They just ask what side they're on.". That is so true no matter where a community is, north, south, east or west. Part of that little speech has been pirated as "We don't hide our crazy people. We set 'em out on the front porch with a lemonade.". That's what made for such vibrant and resilient communities.

I currently live in a townhouse. I am lucky. Good builder. I don't hear a thing from my neighbors at night. I live across from a school and I don't even hear the bells unless my patio door is open. Your houses sound strong and insolated. I think they are probably better because you don't have any common walls. I love your houses. When I retire I would like property of my own (no HOA) and one of your tiny homes.

Your asking about coming to a community. I never really lived in a home around a lot of people. We sold our home that was on an acre lot where you knew the name of your neighbor but you really didn’t see them but maybe two or three times a year. My concern was my TV or music or whatever hearing us and us bothering them. So far that hasn’t happened and guess what....we see our neighbors and they are so friendly. Love this place and we are so blessed.

Randy, when I was in the Army we lived off base and had an apartment next to the most arguing neighbors since my wife and I got older. Anyway we would go the wall connected next to theirs, we got to the point we would get water glasses, place them on the wall and just listen. No one was hurt so it was hilarious. We were only 19 and 20 at the time lol. The house he grew up in may have been sold by Sears. 49-411, the 411 was ez to remember. I was watching Gatlinburg's weather and the bridges were overflowing.

Can you do this 1st home without a loft? Absolutely love the 2nd home! It is still our goal to come and live there Randy and Amanda. Amanda do you remember our grandson Keegan? Well he is 13 now and 6 feet tall. When we were there he was afraid of bees. Love you guys and what you are doing. The pillow lady.

The Charleston looks really crisp and detailed! I would just wish there was a frosted window in the bathroom for some natural light. But with the bedroom down and room for a tv room or office or guest bedroom upstairs it is all you could want to live tiny but beautiful! ❤

They sell a privacy window film that you could adhere to the bathroom window.Comes in many colors and designs. It’s an inexpensive way for privacy in the bathroom.

@@nelliehagen5267 i would love it to be a window out or into the bedroom to catch the light and make the bathroom less claustrophobic.

Stay safe! Tornadoes and flooding all around y’all. I don’t want to hear my neighbors Amanda. The homes in the forest and the mountain seem to be a good distance apart with privacy. Some people like to live close like elderly. 😊 A coffee shop would be awesome! ☕☕☕

It would be nice where the kitchenette is. You should put a pop up table top.

Beautiful homes. I grew up in the Eastern Townships of Quebec on Lake Orford with a gorgeous view of Mount Orford, at the end of the lake road. In Ontario I haved lived in the country, in small towns, and small cities. At 63, I'm craving a Tiny Home on water, with no visible neighbor. I treasure my privacy. I haven't completely ruled out community living totally. It does offer security.

@@BeDoHave-so8nr yes I realize, I have much respect for the Amish regarding their wood working abilities. Randy created the designs and prototypes. They did the builds

My daughter, her boyfriend and I are driving from SE, MI to Clemson, SC in mid/late February during her high school mid winter break. She has been set on attending Clemson for 4 years now. We are looking for a tiny home to place somewhere in SC to establish in state residency in SC to cut the “out of state” tuition cost. My husband did some research a couple days ago and found y’all are not establishing the Abbeville, SC community. But we did find an RV/tiny home community very close to Clemson. My daughter, her boyfriend and I may swing by to tour your homes. The Birmingham is my favorite as far as aesthetics and price. We’ve never been in a tiny home and need to get a feel for them. Love your videos!
