If it's Orange Ocean, it dried up super dang quickly during the events of Robobot. Orange Ocean is pretty much a landmark with how much it's shown up in games so it'd be crazy if that's actually what dried up.
I feel like whatever ocean it was dried up a really really long time ago, probably before Kirby even came to dream land.

Dude, there are some loud toxic TTYD fans, but I doubt it will matter, as A.) they are a small minority, and B.) ever since Origami King the amount of toxic TTYD fans has went down significantly.
