Social media presence alone is such a great point. No one knows about the product.

    Speaks the truth . . .
I have to say, you’re knowledge and insight are right on target - 10-ring. LiveWire has a brilliant chief design engineer, much like Tesla, but he needs cutting-edge business and marketing support.

You stated the value proposition better, by far, than the company has done. That is the key to generating public interest. It is such a cool product it is unbelievable they can't generate more interest. Your marketing advice is spot on.

Great video. I love my lw1 and can't imagine the world without it. Thank you for being an advocate for the company. I would just hate for them to go bankrupt. Just one small comment, the react framework you are alluding to(react native is the part that lets you develop for mobile) is not mutually exclusive with the social user experience you were showcasing. Just thought you might want to know that so it doesn't distract from your other points in the video. Feel free to message me if you would like me to help you re word it in your video. Again, Thanks for your awesome channel man. Love your videos.

I hate the app. I use my Ford app as I found it to be better for finding chargers. Love the video. I went on instagram and sent them a message to plead with them to do better.

Hey, did you see that LiveWire just confirmed the base price of the Del Mar at $15,499? That's in line with what we were hoping for. I ordered a black one last October. Should be cool . . .
Also, have you had a look at the Switch electric motorcycle out of New Zealand? That one has a scrambler look, and is priced at $12,000 or so.
I hope we keep seeing more innovation in this space.

You know, it’s even more absurd than that. Jochen made his fame marketing branded bling for Puma. He obviously is successful marketing $130 button shirts branded with HD through their retail outlets. However, the only official LiveWire shirt I have ever had access to was a stupid tee shirt with an ugly white outline of a Livewire. I couldn’t even buy a comparable shirt branded with Livewire if I wanted to. This is from a leader who made his fame by selling just that…. He’s really inadequate and tone deaf and is impossible to interact with, unlike Elon Musk, for example.

Yeah that app update is super sad. Clearly the app Product people aren't riders much less Livewire riders.

My guess is the app is outsourced. It has that feel of not really being part of the company. That BS video startup and 3d bike. The log out on install. Just crap. I don't think there are any new feature besides visual. No real good energy use tracking. The bluetooth stack on the bike is still super weak. Driving directions area waste. They should just be integrating other apps like maps and plugshare.
      Just junk.

I think you pretty much nailed the problems, and what needs to be done to fix it. I would add, I have not purchased a Livewire One yet. I will absolutely purchase a Livewire "Two".. I would like to see what you described as the Del Mar motor, with a larger and more updated Livewire One battery pack. This should give the range. I understand that dealers are already offering Livewire Ones in inventory for < $20K as well. On another note, the HD community complains that the board of HD is no longer made up of riders. Seeing that Livewire is in Milwaukee, I would not expect employees to ride electric motorcycles year round. Having enthusiasts in the employee base would definitely help. I do wonder if moving the software development work to the west coast.. maybe the whole operation to the west coast, would help? Ford and VW Group have opened software offices in California and Washington. They finally came to grips that Tesla was going to get all the good software engineers, as the mid west and mid west salaries are not going to attract top software development talent.

Who is selling a bike with level 3 charging for $14900?
You said they have a new gvt relations guy, so no need for shakeup there
Social media: they dont even know what to tease, things keep changing, but it is pretty bad.
Product marketing: they keep selling out reservations.
Tesla had one model for the first 6 years of being a company
Tesla hemorrhaged money for 14 years

Harley needs to get their butts in gear. The lack of l3 charging on the Del Mar is just stupid. My last non L3 car was an i3. When I got my Bolt I knew I needed the L3 option. Obviously you can never go back to L2. When I charged my Bolt yesterday at a CCS station capable of charging at 350 but the bolt charged at 35 kW, I realized I should have been done in 10% of the time. So any LiveWire needs to be able to charge at the current norm of 350 kW at a minimum. Tesla is already obsoleting this level. What the hell is LiveWire thinking? Also their tech support is horrible. Deplorable. They never gave me an answer after one week of waiting why I couldn’t pair my ELW with the app properly. They had to go to Panasonic to answer a basic pairing issue. Then Jochen Zeist has no way to contact him. His email doesn’t work. He’s not on Twitter. Can’t get him on linked in. And he’s having the “American Idiot” guys headlining at their anniversary bash. Can’t make this up.

Freedom is Everything and yet you want the working class tax payers of this country to subsidize your electric motorcycle toys? Utterly ridiculous. If you want it, pay for it yourself.
