If you want to play in 4K, I advise you to set the framelimit to 30 FPS in the emulator's GPU options to avoid framerate drops.
The game runs very well especially in 1440P, however it heats up. I advise you to have a good cooler if you have a mITX case.
My System Specs:
Motherboard : MSI B450m-A PRO MAX
CPU : Ryzen 7 5700G OC (PBO + Auto OC)
Cooler : AMD Wraith MAX
iGPU : Radeon Vega 8 OC (2300 Mhz)
RAM : Crucial Ballistix 2x8 DDR4 OC (3600MT/s CL16-18-18-18-38)
HDD : Hitachi 7200 RPM
SSD : Nvme WD_Black SN750
PSU : Cooler Master MWE 650w
OS : Windows 11
I overclocked the Ryzen 7 5700G to values that should normally be achievable for everyone. I advise you to do it also it will allow you to gain some FPS.
I used Ryzen Master software with PBO + CO + Auto OC except for RAM overclocking I did it in the bios.
I have an entry level motherboard but I don't use the stock cooler.

I really like this APU. I have a B450 motherboard and a 2600X. I don't have a single _reason_ to upgrade at this time but, I really like this processor. And it'd be a 25% performance boost while using a tad less electricity.
I have a rule; never pay more than $200 (usd) for any one PC component. The 5700G is now less than $200 bucks. I think it's time.
Yes it is a good price! in your place I would not hesitate too much. If you can resell your old equipment, that's even better. Vega 8 still has a bright future ahead of it thanks to the AMD FSR.

You mean it heats up the CPU/APU temps, like it goes over 75c and beyond?
