First, thank you for the tour! It was beautifully set up, however, I found that there wasn't enough closet space/storage. We didn't get to see the utility closet, so not sure how big that space is. The guest bedroom on 2nd floor the bench spot is perfect for built in closet. The master bedroom should have had the closet along the entire wall. The bathrooms are beautiful, but seem impractical. There is no store space under the sink, only medicine cabinet, the rest open shelfs that would be nightmare to keep tidy with all kinds of products. The terrace looked really sweet.
I think this would’ve been done better with the living space on the 3rd floor to make the most of the soaring ceilings and outdoor terrace. This would obviously come with a smaller footprint for the living / dining /kitchen but worth it to maximise the top level if workable.
Great presentation skills as always. I like the idea of having a workspace / office now that many people work from home most days in the week. Also, I agree with all the constructive criticism on the lack of storage space etc. Maybe it's no longer possible to find a great property in London anymore unless one has millions of pounds to spare.
Must be the location, not enough square footage for the price in my opinion. However, I live in Los Angeles, CA where houses are pretty expensive depending on the area, but if no large walk-in closet, it’s a deal breaker.
Great video and nice build. Would have been better and more 'city sensible' if those external street bollards where removed and the studio space replaced with internal garage (like a traditional townhouse) given the horrendous inner london parking situation.
Nicely presented, lovely accent!! 😊 This is a beautiful property especially the bathrooms that are tastefully done! The downside is that it’s in E London (Eastender?!) n the entrance is by the pedestrian path, n no parking! 1.2m sounds too good to be true when a 500 sq ft apartment in Canary Wharf would set you around 1m!
Hi my gripe about the house is there’s no inland bench tops in the kitchen ,how silly is that tiny pantry and fridge/freezer when you could have a family of four or five living there .and no other living space like a front room for instance’s You would be on top of each other in one family room .. no space around the sinks in bathrooms all has to go up on the wall . No built in wardrobes in the First and second bedroom. Wardrobe in master bedroom was far to small for two people’s clothing .the viewing didn’t show storage closets ,for 1.170 pounds I found the home to incomplete for me ,plus no backyard . Cheers 😊
Nice house. Some poor planning choices. Laundry room in full view of the street - most people not fully dressed when doing the laundry (if at all 😂) I'd make that a bathroom and relocate the laundry room elsewhere. Great studio/office space. Living room is nice but disappointing - seems like a small apartment with that configuration. Bedrooms are all good sizes, but the heating elements are awkwardly placed in windows - would n=be nice to have window seats. The gigantic bathroom on top floor is a waste - better to have more closet space. The bedroom terrace is divine. This must be 2 million at that size. So please make my imaginary changes, wrap it up and send it over to the states. Thanks. Great tour. ETA great windows.
I know its London but i would die living there, its just not like a real home, just a designer piece to show off, the view from the window of concrete, stuff of nightmares, but each to their own, if this is what wealth can buy then i will stay happy and relatively hard up in Somerset, .... used to live in the city but no more, thanks for showing us this though,
Hello Toby this is just amazing... ithink you already read my comments so if its not possible for you to do viewings with you can you just please give me advices how can i find a good real estate to do a viewing and post its on snapchat thank you alot
That second floor is terrible. Nowhere to hang any clothes. Stick wardrobes in both the bedrooms and they become tiny. Still a lack of space isn't good for selling property. Not impressed with that floor. 1st floor and main bedroom nice. Ground and second not for me. Taking your washing down 2 or 3 flights of stairs before taking them back up to the 2nd with nowhere to hang them, or 3rd. Not very well laid out at all.
Nice place, but the complete lack of privacy on the ground floor is somewhat off-putting. And there's hardly any storage space. Also, the landings are too big for my taste. There isn't much you can do with them, they're just there. And that while there isn't enough room for all your stuff. So, yeah, nice - but very impractical.
Smells like a scam. Thumbnail is a different apartment from the one in the video. Bathroom is the same as in another video which is different flat. Guy’s website doesn’t exist. Can someone explain?
Horrible clostrafobic low ceilings that will cause asthma in many because of breathing bad air, artifical extraction of bad air is not adequate, etc. the machines are noisy to stop the problem. No thanks, nice decor, but more air, please + greenspace 2 pots on a paved patio is not enough green to create some green clean air.
It's a bit bland and boring and why are the fridge and freezer so small? I enjoy your presentations, but please, the "your" about everything sounds very formulaic. I'd skip it completely.

You are very welcome, thanks for watching! you raise some great points.
I love how everything is floating in the bathroom. The toilet and sink. It makes for easier cleaning with an automated vacuum/mop machine.
Lovely house, they should install wardrobes in the other two bedrooms to get the feel of the size of the rooms.

LOOOOVE the interior design !
Absolutely Beautiful!!! Great Presentation❤
Thank you so much!

Hello Toby! - Excellent presence, delivering charismatic presentation skills !
That office set up isn't regular. But it does show the potential of the space to be used for something other than a desk based work space.
I have my Concept 2 trio in that work space. Ideal space for a gym set up.
Lol 😂! My name is Toby... and I've grown a Beard!!!
Great viewing on the East End. This is more my style than Belgravia at a fraction of the cost
I didn't see any parking/garage. For that price I would expect space for at least two cars and also a garden.
I do enjoy your property tours. Thanks Toby 👏
Appreciate you watching Pippa!
Beautiful townhome. No closets for the spare bedrooms? What a shame.
I love this channel!
Well designed 👊. It's perfect 👊👊😍
It really is! Appreciate you watching Mabhill.
Love the interior design of this place. Do you know who designed the interiors?

Don’t ever disrespect east London again

Lovely development.

Nice home, but I would rethink the heating.

This home isn’t for everyone that’s for sure! See ya on the flip side!

Whoever was in charge of the interior has made it look small with too much stuff. Cluttered Look !
There is no toilet on the 1st floor
Either the doors are small or this guy is really tall. I think the latter is more likely.
Vanities and seating in brooms look great but it lieu of wardrobes (!🧐) Who pays 1mill plus for bedrooms without space for your clothes!
Am I crazy or is this not the same house as in the thumbnail of the video?
I'm deeply concerned if this property comes with the furnitures and all?
Don’t be deeply concerned, be happy!

Sorry London is over priced and no special set up place like gym or a garage for £1m
dodgy
Fantastic
