It’s incredible how this pickup sounds if you throw it into an LP style guitar. Put that same pickup into a strat with a typical strat bridge, and it doesn’t sound anywhere NEAR that articulate. I made that mistake with a Rebel Yell. It sounded so bad I thought I wired it wrong. This sounds absolutely beautiful. And, the guitar is absolutely majestic visually, as well.
@@ADFinlayson I am sorry bro when I said I would buy your guitar.... I love the style and everything... I didn't realize you were across the pond in the UK. . It would be a nightmare for me to get one of your instruments here in the deep back woods of America, that wouldn't cost me an arm and leg. I love what you do in your creative way and the beauty of your workmanship. If I did get a guitar made from you it might be your worst challenge yet. Because, I have loads of fossils that I would want in my guitar from logo inlay to fret board dots, also petrified wood for the nut. I would want a dark roasted maple neck and headstock with jumbo stainless steel frets in a double cut Les Paul style weight relief body/ chambered for weight reduction. The lambertones crema pups with 500 or higher pots. Plus, whatever neat things to add. I understand this would set me north of 3k in costs plus shipping and insurance.
@@JamesCarter-be9cn I shipped this one to Tennessee and I've got a few others going to the States, it's pretty easy to do, shipping is about $150 from here to anywhere in the USA. If you want to have a conversation then feel free to reach out to me on ash@adfinlaysonguitars.co.uk
@@ADFinlaysonnot at all bad considering it isn’t a mass produced POS and it can be fully customized. I need one of these in a black burst with some custom inlays on the neck and headstock. Will hit you up when my money is right lol
LOVE the kill switch on the tone pot, thats killer!
Yeah, I might put one on my next guitar, really cool.
Sooooo beautiful!!!!!!!!! Blown away by your work!!!!!!
Thank you mate, appreciated
I love the bridge on this guitar, it really looks good in gold!!!
yeah I really like it. I'm making myself an ebony topped version of this guitar, I think I'll use the same gold bridge, LP custom style
That thing looks and sounds phenomenal!🔥🔥🔥🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thank you mate

Thank you mate, they're a nice set of pickups, I'd use them again for sure.
Great guitar! Nice playing too.
Thank you mate
Killer fiddle..😊
I'd put either lambertone grinder or crema pick-ups in one of these guys. I'd buy one with this set up.
I can put whichever pickups you want in, Lambertones sound great. Send me an email at ash@adfinlaysonguitars.co.uk if you're interested in a build.
