Partisan doesn't hunt players by a per raid basis. It's by camping overall, PMC Karma. So all of Hexlooms camping came back to bite him. Rough but the partisan who got me had a GL AK lol. Probably would've blown em both up

To be fair, the achievement isn't that big of a deal because 99% of the people who earn it would be doing it fully geared. Now if there were an achievement specifically for people who do hardcore runs? Then yeh, you would've been dumb for not getting it, cos that would've been super rare.
Well aqua skill is not improve and the amount of timmies and casual player move on to PvE will make his challenge become way harder . we have to accept the fact that pvp is kinda dying .
