I knew he wasnt going to testify but honestly this guys life is going to be ruined either way. Either he goes to prison with other criminals that are going to hate him for what hes done and that hes an ex cop or he goes home and is going to basically be in prison also because people are not going to let this go. Hes not going to have a normal life ever.

Oxygen saturation was part of the toxicology run after Mr Floyd died. It is done as part of a standard autopsy. They probably overlooked it because it was not relevant until this latest strategy of the defence to attempt to cast doubt by saying the patrol car was running. Which it actually wasn't as it had been parked at the scene for quite some time - while Mr Floyd was taken out of his friends car and cuffed, when he was sitting on the pavement, when they were trying to get him into the patrol car and when he was dragged out the other side of the car - it is a ludicrous suggestion that the officers left the car running all that time.

@@ingridnl536 i didn't say this was a left and right thing. I said all I see is lefties commenting dumb stuff on all of these videos based on their emotions. This is not an emotional based trial this is an evidence based trial like all trials. Its a trial with a presumption of innocent and an evidential burden of proof on the prosecution to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Im listening to all of the evidence before making up my mind. And right now i see a lot of reasonable doubt cast over this case so far in the trial.

He didn't die from carbon monoxide,he was at the front of the vehicle not the back.

I am pretty sure he was at the rear of the vehicle if you watch the footage -he was dragged out of the squad car by Chauvin and Tao and facing left, which is the rear of the car. Not that I believe this grab to blame carbon monoxide. You do not leave a patrol car running. It had been sitting there for some time while the initial cuffing etc was occuring. Leave your cop car running when both cops are not near the car is also ridiculous and not protocol. Cars do leak water when they are stopped and sitting idle. This is all just a new attempt to throw in doubt...

I think this man is guilty of, at a minimum, manslaughter. I also believe our right to evoke the 5th is an important one. That being said, George Floyd deserved the right to due process and this man took that from him.
