Hi Julie, I love 💕 your journals. I also love how you just chat away as though we were in the room with you. Your videos are always so natural and interesting. Thanks for sharing this one. Have a great day. 😊🦘🐨🇦🇺
If you can´t find those hole enforcers, but you cán find sticker sheets, just color those with ink, and punch out circles, then punch out holes. Those are adhesive then, because of the sheets!
I love these. I don't do digital because i have to much paper to begin with. I won't let myself print more. I have heaps of pattern paper and cardstock. I'm super glad you did th these tags. I started one awhile back after watching someone's video and they really decorated it. I'm very much a clean and simple type of crafter and I've struggled to finish it. You made me realize I don't have to decorate it. It's a journal space and minimal or none is just fine. Thank you Julie. I always enjoy watching you craft.
You and me both Marcie, i'm reluctant to even print out free ones as i have so many already. I'm not a fan of overdecorating. I love the look of it when others do it, but like you i prefer a more simple look. As Mr Timmy says, you do you😁🤗💜
Morning Julie. I just came in from the garden. We've been outside since 5 30 to get mowing and garden tidied before it gets too hot. I came in for a cuppa and there you were.I think I need one of those granny grabbers. I laughed for ages. Love your creations today. 💖 Val 🐨
My Garden looked lovely at the weeend Valerie. All i could see ewas snow😘 The granny grabbers are great in the garden. You desrve to put your feet up after all that work, thanks love☺️🤗💜
Thanks Sheamarie love 😊 i nearly didn't make this video as i thought it might be too simple, but that's the kind of stuff i know i forget about in the quest for the next great thing🤗💜
This is another cutie-pie, Julie! I love it & I will mass make this one! Every journal should have one! I saw someone who just tied the first page with the twine, so it’s easier to get it open! You know, here’s something I absolutely love about you: you always take the time to mention what kind of glue you’re using & how to use whatever tools you may be using in this video & you have ideas of what to do if you don’t have that supply or tool! And you do it in every video!! I watch a lot of people & it’s very frustrating when I try someone new & they’re talking to their buddies & they don’t explain or identify things! Immediate turn-off, click, goodbye. I always feel welcome when I see you! You’re a peach! I do giggle when you say: “now don’t go out & buy everything that I’m using”, because that’s what I do when I can afford it! I have all the EK circle punches & I love them! I use them a lot! I got a steel ruler for using with a craft knife that has a protective piece that actually flips up so I can’t hurt myself! I wouldn’t have known to look for that except you mentioned it! I bought both a big & little scoreboard because you showed how to use them! Love them, too! Ditto on the envelope makers! Latest thing is the tiny Fiskar cutter, way better than another well-known version! There’s probably other things, too, but the thing is, you have never let me down!! You have loads of experience & you always give us the “why” of a technique or tool!! Just thought you should know these things, of course all this, along with your sense of humor & gift of gab, is why you have an absolutely huge following now! Way to go! Give yourself a hug from me! Erica❤
Wheeeeeee!!! I just love your one sheet wonders, and I am in love w most of your digital printed papers you show us.... guess its time for me to bite the bullet and get me a decent printer.... ugh.... so sick of cartridges... Well Lovee, perfect timing... got my cuppa tea.... Im so ready for some crafting time. Love and Hugs , hope all is well. xx 😀🥰 ❤❤
I love the accordion fold tags. They're perfect for the 5 journals I'm making as Christmas gifts. Mind you, I've never even made one. 😮😊😂 3 journals are for a 6, 8, and 10 year old girls. And the 4th is for the legitimate Grandparents to one of beautiful girls and foster grandparents to the other two. And the last one if for my beautiful friend Shirl, who's included me in her family and made me feel so welcomed and loved. I thank every fabulous creator out their for their digital pages. I wouldn't be able to even think of finishing one without them. And of course, the fabulous RUclips content creators like you, Julie. You come up with the most amazing ideas. Love them.
I watched this in bed last night, (insomniac here!) and you really brightened my night, now I'm awake again and ready to make some of these. Fabulous idea, thank you Julie. X
Love these accordion tags. Julie, you are so entertaining, not just a great teacher, but you make us laugh. If im feeling a bit deflated, I like to listen to you. You are a great 'pick me up' ❤❤❤ I was watching a lady doing a flip through of a beautiful shabby chic pretty journal & I happened to notice her fingers were all ink stained....its a sign of a crafter. It really stood out against the soft pretty colours of her journal😂 Its just a shame most of us love vintage photo, which does look very much like nicotine stain.😅 Keep being you Julie. Hugs from Australia xx
I love your beautiful accordion tags, and have added to my list. Great project for mass making, as you said. Your eclectic journal looks amazing! Thank you for the inspiration!
As always a lovely chatty video and a really useful idea for journaling and beautifully made. Thank you Julie you always seem to cheer people from what others say. I know you always make me laugh and smile.❤😂😊
Thanks for this idea. While I was watching you I made a protype for myself using 2 book pages put together . It measured about what your project measured. I dded plain paper on the back for writing space. Then I inked and decorated......and I only said, "Wheeeee once."😁 Of course, it was a lot more work with gluing paper to the back and having to decorate more than just the front.
I agree , I have a lot to use, and still don't remember all that I have. One day I find something and O, I forgot I had that. I tried photo shop for free, and was so confusing I said forget it. Love your creativity and Love this idea, I have lots of digitals I can mass make these with. Hugs.
You and me both Alana. I kid you not i have a drawer for new stuff and i forgot about it😐 i created it in a mad tidy up phase probably abot a year ago. The idea was i had to use the stuff before buying more. I'd forget my head if it was loose 😅😊🤗💜
I was so excited when this new project popped up.. It maybe simple but the possibilities of decor are endless. Stencils, cutouts, ribbon belly bands, lace pockets … all without adding much bulk. Thank you.❤
I was looking for an idea to fill a few pockets. This is perfect for my needs. I think I will put a hole only on the first side with a ribbon so its easier to get to the rest of the folds. LOL... I know you don't mind. 😂 I cant be bothered doing the holes n tying n untying😅. Fun project and lovely chat❤ Thank you!
Excellent use for all those extra digitals we print out. Especially those free ones 😊. Can I request more videos of this subject matter? Thanks! Great video 💙🦋
Lol. I was just thinking about trying something like this and poof here you are showing me how 🤣 Thanks Julie. So fun as always and so glad to have a waffle video to watch.
My dear I have not seen you for a while and it is so good I just love watching your videos you always make me happy in addition you also create amazing things I love all the riding space available on these tags. Blessings and love from New Mexico
These are great and I love they are so easy. I love the way to talk about your desk. I’m the same when I’m working on a project. I end up with a tiny bit of clear space in the middle of stuff. Drives me crazy but I can’t seem to work any other way. Probably doesn’t help that I have a smallish desk to start. 😅
I so enjoy listening to you! I crafted along but couldn’t stay focused because I kept laughing! However my stuff turned out even better than normally. Maybe because I was actually relaxed and enjoying instead of tense and too much in my head about everything. 😂 Thanks for inspiring and motivating! Hugs 🤗❤️
You're welcome love, really glad you enjoyed it. I make better stuff on video when i talk constantly for that very same reason. I'm an overthinker when i have peace and quiet 😊🤗💜
I can’t believe I missed this one?! Absolutely genius, Julie! You were on fire for this one, cracking jokes almost every moment! Thanks so much another quick & easy one! Happy New Year! I’ve been in pain since getting the shingles shot on Sunday, hoping I’ll perk up soon! Erica❤
I remember using hole reinforcers on papers that already had the holes torn. Now it seems like they are more decorative, which I like. I have so little creativity that I have to use what the person I'm copying used. I love the idea of creating tags from folding pages of paper. My first little journal/booklet took me 4 months and I wasn't working on anything else. I used sayings that had meaning to me, then added pockets and tags. No great work of art. I want to make beautiful junk journals. I love the eclectic journal you are making and would love to make something similar. I don't have the experience or materials to do it yet. In the meanwhile, I'm making copies of other creators work (I hope no body minds). I haven't done anything on the Bohemian journal except collect images I think may go with the theme. I didn't watch any of the videos in the collaboration except yours. I didn't really understand the collaboration idea. After watching the Christmas collaboration videos, that I loved, I realize the need to watch the Bohemian videos. I may be dense, but I'll get it eventually.
My house is full of them at the moment. My girls are using alot for their schoolwork and keep leaving sheets everywhere. You take as much time as you need and i doubt anyone minds you copying, i know i don't and i used to do it myself, it's a great way to learn. I've lost my bohemian journal cover and i'm determined to find it. It probably got put in the wrong folder/box. I too have been collecting bits and bobs for that one as bohemian is way out of my comfort zone. Also i copied a few of the projects for mu journal. ☺️🤗💜😁
Love the tags Julie. I agree with the sticker books. The price is ridiculous. That would be $20.00 in Canada if you paid 20 English pounds. You are paying for the name Cathe Holden. TFS. Hugs. ❤💚❤
Julie I really like. these tags they are very unique they have vintage look I personally like papers you choose to use love this video thank you for sharing you do a very good job job fussy cutting take care ❤❤❤ THEOLA
I have enjoyed your video once again I recently found you because I wanted to make a journal so I have learnt a lot from you. I have a hexagon paper punch I have cut out piles of them and tried my first master board using them I wondered if you would be interested to see, I plan to make a policy envelope from it. Thank you for all your videos I am working my way through them all.
Thank you so much Jane and welcome to the channel love. You know i've been meaning to try that myself. I bought the punch after seeing Margreth @sevenplaza do a collage. I'd love to see it, you can tag me on instagram or email me love. all my contact details are in my descriptions or about me page☺️🤗💜
Miss Julie, the tags turned out so pretty and simple with all the details that you added. Wonderfully done. The turquoise vellum paper that was in the journal, where did you order it from? Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰💖💖💖💖💖💯💯💯💯💯👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵) Yes, I agree use and work around with what you have, but now and then I do order through Amazon.
Thanks Rose love. I've just got to get using more of what I already have. I'm a craft hoarder and have been for many years😘 The turquoise vellum is actually about 20 years old. Back before I had my girls I used to sell craft supplies on eBay. I regularly visited a paper mill to buy stock and that's where I picked up the vellum. They used to sell bags of scraps and offcuts, so I'm afraid I wouldn't know where to get it love☺️🤗💜
Thank you Julie! Another great video! I wanted to comment about the rub ons since you were talking about them. I ordered some by Wandic through your Amazon shop and they were great! Then, I wanted some larger ones by I believe it was a company called Satinior also through Amazon but not your Amazon store and those were awful (they were thick and shiny, and blurry!)I guess the message is to stick with the ones that you recommend! I really want to order some rub ons from Stamperia and I’m sure that one of these days I will, it’s just that they are a bit pricey. Someday I’ll just go for it because they are beautiful!! 💕 Also I really wanted to thank you for explaining the way that you say something because I was thinking that it was curious that British people used poor grammar, being from England and all, and now I realize that you just say some things differently than the US does and for England it is perfectly perfect and you probably think that we use poor grammar! Sometimes it’s good to understand things better!!💕
Entertaining as usual. Just bought those cathe Holden stickers from an online shop for $1.00 a pkg. Guess there was reason they were on clearance . Haven’t opened box yet. Love the tags. ❤❤❤
36:40 Photoshop Elements is much more affordable. Also, I have a question. I’ve asked others before and I’ve never really gotten an answer. Once you make your beautiful junk journal and fill it with tags and pockets, etc., what do you do with it? Do you journal in yours or do you make them to look at? Just wondering. I’d love anyone to answer how they use theirs!
Firstly Kristina, i disagree on the photoshop elements, but then life would be boring if we all agreed😘 What do i do with my junk journals? some of them i hoard, some i give away and some i sell. Personally, i don't journal in mine i just love making them🤗💜
Hi from Australia. Love you and your channel. I am new to crafting, and I am learning so much from you. The other day I heard someone mentioned zines do you know anything about it
Thank you so much love and welcome to the channel. Ahh Zines. To be honest that one confuses me too. I think zines are different things to different people these days. Here's what the internet says: ... A zine is a small-circulation self-published work of original or appropriated texts and images, usually reproduced via a copy machine... I've seen peope make what i would call booklets and call them zines. I'd like to say i hope that helped, but i doubt it. Wafflie over and out😘😁🤗💜
What is it you're using that's similar to photoshop? It sounded like seraphinite designer but I'm not finding an app by that name? thanks, love your video and your sense of humor!❤
Hello Julie, at the bottom of one of your tags it say Field Notes, is that a rubber stamp? If so, I’m looking for one. Thank you for any help you can provide, I know you are busy so I appreciate it immensely.
I love these, but I wonder if there's an alternative to putting twine or ribbon through the hole. I'm trying to imagine untying and retying for anyone with hand limitations. I'm going to brainstorm about this.

Thank you so much Linda, i really appreciate you saying that love😊🤗💜
Nothing handier than a granny grabber and a magnetic wand.
you know it😁🤗💜
Keep the sheet that your hole reinforcers are on. When you use all the circles, it will make a great circle stencil!
Thanks lovely☺️🤗💜
Great idea. Thank you. 😊
Brilliant!!! 💖💖💖
❤❤❤ chook! Tend to agree with you about the Cathe Holden stickers! Love the waffle! 😊❤️🇦🇺xxx
Not just me being picky then, Cheers Mrs ☺️🤗💜

This idea of an Acordian tag is fabulous 👌, I love it.
Thanks Pat☺️🤗💜
I was looking for an idea to fill a few pockets. This is perfect for my needs.
I think I will put a hole only on the first side with a ribbon so its easier to get to the rest of the folds.
LOL... I know you don't mind. 😂 I cant be bothered doing the holes n tying n untying😅.
Fun project and lovely chat❤

Thanks Lorna love 😊🤗💜
Love these....hello from Central Texas.
Very nice!! 💜💜💜
Thanks love 😊🤗💜
I love to see your video notification pop up!
Thanks Phyllis love 😊🤗💜
Love the tags Julie. I agree with the sticker books. The price is ridiculous. That would be $20.00 in Canada if you paid 20 English pounds. You are paying for the name Cathe Holden. TFS. Hugs. ❤💚❤
They were very disappointing Beverly. Which just strengthens my resolve to buy less in future and be more picky☺️🤗💜
I love them Julie. They are perfect for the journal I'm working on. Thanks for sharing. 🙂❤️
You are so welcome
shirley, glad you enjoyed the video love☺️🤗💜
Love this idea because I don't have a lot of tags. So this would be perfect ❤❤😊
Thanks Alena love☺️🤗💜
How do you get to all the journal area if you put eyelet or a tie on them?
You untie the bow😁🤗💜
Love these. I made one right along with you!
Very fun!
Thanks lovely☺️🤗💜
You make me laugh 😂 thanks for sharing 🥰
Thanks Angelina, you're very welcome love 😁🤗💜
Miss Julie gave me a laughing spell about your dirty hands in the many cigarettes. I’m still laughing.

THEOLA
Thank you so much Theola love ☺️🤗💜
I love this! I just recorded a video of trying to use up my digitals. It always amazes me how many pages I have stacked up here and there! ~Velvet
Thanks love 😊 i'm sure they breed when your back is turned. i'm going to bob over to yours now and have a gander🤗💜
@@CameliaCraftsDesigns you're so sweet. I haven't uploaded mine yet. I'm lazy. Lol
I'm a craft hoarder and have been for many years😘
The turquoise vellum is actually about 20 years old.
Back before I had my girls I used to sell craft supplies on eBay. I regularly visited a paper mill to buy stock and that's where I picked up the vellum. They used to sell bags of scraps and offcuts, so I'm afraid I wouldn't know where to get it love☺️🤗💜
These are so beautiful, thank you 40:35 40:36
Thanks Cindy😊🤗💜
Thanks for a lovely video. I will be doing some for my journals in progress…..once I get rid of this stinking Covid 😷
Hope you're feeling better soon Kerry love. Glad you enjoyed these☺️🤗💜
👌🏻brilliant
Thank you so much 😊🤗💜
Entertaining as usual. Just bought those cathe Holden stickers from an online shop for $1.00 a pkg. Guess there was reason they were on clearance . Haven’t opened box yet. Love the tags. ❤❤❤
You got a bargain there Tammy. I checked after and i paid £12.99 a pack. the first back are the best. But yes they were quite disappointing😐☺️🤗💜
Firstly Kristina, i disagree on the photoshop elements, but then life would be boring if we all agreed😘
What do i do with my junk journals? some of them i hoard, some i give away and some i sell. Personally, i don't journal in mine i just love making them🤗💜
❤ TYFS Enjoyed😊
Hi from Australia. Love you and your channel. I am new to crafting, and I am learning so much from you. The other day I heard someone mentioned zines do you know anything about it
Thank you so much love and welcome to the channel.
Ahh Zines. To be honest that one confuses me too. I think zines are different things to different people these days. Here's what the internet says:
... A zine is a small-circulation self-published work of original or appropriated texts and images, usually reproduced via a copy machine...
I've seen peope make what i would call booklets and call them zines.
I'd like to say i hope that helped, but i doubt it. Wafflie over and out😘😁🤗💜
I love this but I am trying to find the tutorial you did to use up labels and postage stamps. Please help
Maybe a paperclip with the ribbon or twine attached to it.
That's a great idea, thank you so much☺️🤗💜
Hi Julie
Hi Diane, thanks for watching Mrs ☺️🤗💜
Love how you decorated these accordion tags!
Thanks lovely☺️🤗💜
Granny grabber 😂 x
