I am new to this channel but his enthusiasm is infectious. He really cares about his PCBs; it looks really good. I think it would be awesome to have a B channel with all the failures. With this kind of quality... as a hacker it would be great to see the scut work that didn't make it to the polished video. Toolchains. Capacitance testing. That kind of stuff!

@@markjarrodhughes That shit is so fake. When he's just holding it in the air he plays the actual recorded sound, but any time he touches it to something he just fades the music in over it. You can almost make out how weak and tinny it sounds over the added music when he touches it to the copper plate.
@Oosk yeah, agree completely. It's a pretty cool project but it's main purpose is defeated by the piezoelectric speaker. Unfortunately physics are a thing and you need size for a good sound.
This is amazing! I wish we got to actually listen to what it sounded like in real life at the end, even if it might have felt underwhelming or something
They are quite tinny sounding, but suprisingly loud if on the right surface. You can also change the tambre somewhat depending on what material you attach them too, however you'll never get really good bass reproduction out of them unfortunatly.
This video didn't just show us the skills of kingpin but also the different talent and skills of other people worked together to completely make this video possible just WOW!

And I bet it was a great release after probably grinding seriously for year to use your skills to make a name and finanacial success. Like that boom box is just something so nice :)

A cool addition would be an NFC reader and a tag attached to the cassete, and when attached, the boombox would play that music.
