There’s so many details that a lot of people don’t see, they just think boxing is two meatheads lumping each other, it’s way more intricate than that brother 👍🥊

Great work friend! way to go! Keep it up! I practice throwing punches at home for many years, I'm not a fighter but I know how to move and throw punches in a correct way and fast combinations.

Good work my friend and there’s nothing wrong with not being a fighter brother you can still get all the benefits of boxing , out of all the members at my gym only a small % actually fight , I always tell people you don’t have to be a fighter to train like one 👍🥊

That’s entirely up to you brother which ever feels more comfortable, obviously the more accurate you can be the better however whenever I’m volume punching , if I’m sparring with someone with a high guard all I’m really doing is occupying the hands and lanes so as long as they are roughly the same place all is ok 👍🥊

That's completely wrong. Check the Soviet style boxing coaches like Frolov or Isaev. Bending the rear knee is not a stable structure, and 70% of the punching power is from the rear leg. If you bend the knee, you are not able to push the weight. It Is similar biometric as shot pot , they throw the iron core with the rear leg. The core should be loose , otherwise, you are losing range of motion when you rotate the hip and when you receiving body body shot you will be not able to flex the core on the right moment

That's why 90%of Soviet boxers are shit when they turn professional 😂
Soviet boxing is good for amateur but very risky when they turn PRO .

Bivol, Usyk, Loma and GGG all deliver their rear hands with bent rear knees…… all Russian or Ukrainian amateur champions.
The ultra Russian style you speak of doesn’t work in the pros, the gentleman I mentioned prove this.

      Chill out my friend
      90%of them fall
      Only 10% 📈
That style is very risky if you want professional carier , amateur yes 100%.
But it will kill your carier in long tern. If you want only amateur carier than take Kazakhstan/Russian style .
If you want professional carrier,American /European style .every smart coach know this .
