I love these Helene, perfect for me the original "Lip Gloss Queen"! My love affair with lip gloss began when I was a teenager, I sent for a little beauty kit from Bonne Bell for a whole dollar. I was hooked on lip gloss and bought hundreds and hundreds of them. If I'm ever shipwrecked on a desert island all I need is my lip gloss. Thank you for the pattern!
LOL! You and I are lip gloss hound sisters! Same here as a teenager and the Bonne Bell Lip Smackers! I only use natural brands now; but still love & use Bare Escentuals, Buxom, and the squishy pop sound when opening a new one. Gives me an idea on my nature channel, for a soft spoken vid, incorporating those relaxing lip gloss sounds!
@@cabinfevercrochet You should do that on your nature channel, that would be sooo relaxing to hear those beautiful sounds! My nieces and especially my nephews loved the Bonne Bell jumbo lip smackers. Some of them came on a cord and I hung them up with my keys. My nephew Chad was just learning to talk, he would point and say "nyuk nyuk", when I gave it to him he smeared it all over his face!
@@cherylheming1714 I'm SO glad you think that's a good idea for my nature channel!! I have lots of other ideas for when the weather doesn't allow being outside. Too cute on your nieces and nephews and smearing all over his face, LOL! I'd forgotten about the cord! Such fun memories that take me right back to the drug store where I'd walk to after school and buy the latest flavor. What a deal on the $1 beauty kit you got back then!
I am truly in love with all your items. Most definitely going to start immediately. I know they will all do so well at the markets here in Central Queensland Australia!!! Thank you for giving us your kind heart!!!
Oh my goodness! If you could only see the smile on my face, and in my heart right now! I'm excited for your market sales and hope you do really well, with everything! Thank you also, for letting me know where you are in the world! 💗
How cute these are Helene! I must make one a little bit longer for my lip balms! I have such a long list of things I want to make now! 😂 But this is a nice project for when you need a break from another project too. Thank you for sharing with us! 🥰
You can make them any length you like and used the larger hook size I suggested if you need a little wider, too. As long as they're tight enough to keep the shape. Definitely a good little "break" type of project and to have on hand for a quick gift. 😉💜
Thank you for a great tutorial! I love that you are very detailed in your instructions. I think I'll make a few for my daughter and granddaughters. They would be a big seller at a craft show.
That's wonderful you'll making some!! The kids especially love them and come to my booth each week at the Farmers Market to see what new colors I have! Thank you so much for your kind feedback on my tutorials. It's helpful and appreciated. 😘
Oh Helene! I’ve been waiting for another video/tutorial from you! 😃 These are so cute! I love how you teach in depth on your tutorial 🙂 Thank You so much! Hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend my friend! 💖
Thank you so much for the class, I am going to make these up for inexpensive gifts, can you tell me what size button you’re using. Thank you so much!!😊
Hi Mary. If you’re referring to the chain portion itself, crocheting a simple chain or I-cord in place of the metal that I used should work fine. And then just attach a key ring to it. 😉
Love these😊
I sure appreciate knowing that! They’re really fun to make too!
I'm going to use this as a pen bag for when I go out this is so cute I love it!
Hi Helena! What a wonderful idea, and so happy you love it ! Thank you. 😍
