The best way to survive the Flurge would be to huddle up in your house, turn all the lights off, make it look like you aren't home and wait it out. You cant be arrested if nobody knows were you are! I think thats how crime works :D

Since said illegal thing has to be done in order to make law and laws are themselves would be illegal, that would mean everything would have to be legal for the law to exist.
