I broke my ankle in an ATV fall the night before this concert, and rocked out the whole time. My ankle never healed properly and now I have a limp to remind me of this fucking amazing concert.

This recording doesn't do it justice... It sounda terrible it was amazing live it was 373937 times better tthan this...
is it just me or did quiet things sound super... weird/off like drunken yelling? never seen them live so I'm debating due to the cost :x
Alyssa McGranahan I've listened to this recording along with a bunch of other live ones several times. Sounds pretty normal for them. I think they're at their best, as far as live performances go. Definitely see them if you get the chance. They're done after next year.

It's the live version of Untitled from The Devil and God Are Raging Inside of Me. The studio recording has lots of sounds/recordings. At the beginning of the tour, they did it in its normal spot with a background track playing (they were playing the album in full) but then it seems they changed it to an outro for their shows for that tour, all performed live (no background track). I can see how the guitar at the beginning sounds a bit like Batter Up, but when it gets loud, that's definitely not in the album. They've been playing the same version of Untitled for years.
how were your seats, I'm deciding between pit or balcony seats.
stepheny blackwell I was at the very front of the balcony. I've seen the band 10+ times, and I definitely prefer the pit. I suppose it's a matter of preference. If you're talking about that specific venue, we had a great view. I'm used to being in pits, so it felt a little far back.

Damn im judt noticing that! Every live video on here is them doing their most recent albums from Deja Entendu and so forth but never favorite weapon? Perhaps they feel they genuinely have moved on from that type of scene-ish theme idk.
I was at this show, the set was primarily Devil and God because it was a show commemorating the 10 year anniversary of the album. They played Mixtape though and some Deja Entendeu
Dont sound so good live but can be deceiving.
