RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 onion.
olive oil
leak
1 carrot.
4 potatoes.
water 2.5 liters.
Boil 15 minutes.
1 cauliflower.
parsley, dill.
2 slices of bread.
olive oil
salt, black pepper.
Table spoons cream cheese.
Add parsley and dill.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
The soup is ready!

1 garlic, salt.
Mix well.
Butter the bread.
We got very tasty croutons!

Ich muss zwar nicht abnehmen aber die Suppe sieht sehr lecker aus das ich die auf jeden fall nach kochen werde ich werde mir vieleicht noch Brokkoli mit hinein geben ...vielen dank für das tolle video ❤
Kartoffeln haben den höchsten Kohlehydratanteil aller KH. Wer abnehmen will muß auf ALLE KH verzichten. D. h. auf alles, was Mehl, Stärke und Zucker enthält. Auch Blumenkohl ist nicht ohne. Grüne Gemüse, außer Erbsen und Eisbergsalat. Nicht mehr als 40 g KH pro Tag ( auf KEINEN FALL Zucker ! Auch nicht Milch, Sahne und Käse), alles andere ist geschwindelt.

Hallo bin aus dem Raum Baden-Württemberg schade das ich es erst jetzt sehe ich liebe Blumenkohl bin zur Zeit in Low Carb bin jetzt am Überlegen was ich anders machen kann da Kartoffel und Karotte nicht so optimal sind aber sieht echt lecker aus😊

Die Suppe ist sehr lecker, ich möchte sie aber nicht einen Monat lang essen, ich mag es lieber abwechslungsreich
Die Suppe ist wirklich lecker! Aber du glaubst doch nicht etwa das, was in der Überschrift steht? Demnach müßte die ganze Familie nur noch ein Strich sein. Erst nimmt sie 10 kg in einem Monat ab (ha, ha!), dann die Oma, dann die Mutter und wer weiß noch wieviele! Ich finde diese reißerischen Überschriften zum kotzen! Nur um eine Beachtungsquote zu erhalten.
