vegetable soup recipe:
Celery 300 gr.
3 garlic.
3 potatoes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
2 zucchini.
Parsley 35 gr.
Mix the vegetables well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Pour in vegetable broth.
Cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
3 slices of whole wheat bread.
Salt, olive oil.
Dried garlic.
Red pepper.
Italian herbs.
1 teaspoon butter.
Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Fragrant croutons are ready for the soup!
Grind until smooth.
Parsley.
Bon appetit!

@@ethelmmurillo3628 Lo que hace que pierdas peso es la proteína , en caso de tomar estas cremas debe ser un poquito como complemento, pero nada más yo las preparo con mucha asiduidad por la noche por ejemplo un cuenco mediano y un huevo duro
