I have had my e series for 2 years and have +3000 in it and I’ve never had an issue. I keep it clean and lubed up and doing so I’ve never had any issues. It is a stiff gun so if anyone were to have arthritis or something like that they may find it hard to pull the slide. Besides that it’s a great gun to own and shoot.
I got the 4 1/4" Commander Scandium E-series a few months ago and its become a favorite. Definitely snappier than the full-sized but noticeably lighter. A stinking-tough pull to chamber a round but a nice trigger and I'll sell the others before I ever let this one go.
I picked one of these up 2 yrs ago used. Best 1911 for the money. Pissed a lot of kimber guys off at the range cause i can group just as good as there more pricer guns can. Love the trigger very smooth all round firearm. And its over 100yr old design all American made. Hats off to sam colt making men equal with the 1911
Didn't you know the .45acp is the Hammer of Thor? Mortal men attempt to control it and they get bandied about, hither and dither like scarecrows in a Kansas tornado.
These accuracy tests are fun and all. Realistically nobody no matter what can be close to accurate as the pistol is. Dosen't matter if it's a high point..... accuracy does not equate how well we shoot a particular make of handgun. Yes there are Olympic shooters that can hold like a rock, but let's be honest that's a very very small percentage

Dirt Road It does look pretty sweet and backs it up with performance.
I recommend you take some training. Start with the basics of a good grip. In turn, you will enjoy shotting more with better control of your gun.
What magazine is that ? The original magazines that come with it 8 round not a big fan

Ive put about 2000 through mine an havent had it a complete year yet. Its amazing. I use an alien wear concealment holster.
Good to hear it’s holding up well after 2000 rounds. I just went over 500 rounds and will posting a full 500 round review soon.
