News conference: Car thieves arrested and a porch pirate (December 13, 2023)

Sheriff Judd is giving details about the arrests of 14-year-old Jeremiah C. Hamm & 24-year-old Tamari Lucas of Tampa, with the assistance of the FHP and Lake Alfred Police Dept. The pair were in a stolen vehicle and they were charged with Grand Theft Motor Vehicle, No Valid FL DL, Criminal Mischief x2, and Fleeing to Elude LEO.
