You are stressing these motors to full redline after warming them up for 45 seconds 🤦🏾♂️.. thats not hot enough. 2 strokes need the pipe super hot with a nice fat air/fuel mixture to rev out and the 4 strokes need a high oil temp, or else 👿 . Great vid, sounds like the banshee cuts out mid powerband, that’s where all the magic happens lol I think the banshee will be faster when that’s figured out, also your shifting gears to quick
The problem you are having with the 500, is that you put it on a platform designed for a 350 and didn't account for the increase in displacement. The petcock is not flowing enough fuel, and the airbox is likely not providing enough air. As it sits now, my tuned Blaster 200 would eat it alive. Fix those two things and THEN tune the engine. Look at all that smoke it's definitely needing the gas properly mixed and high performance oil with high octane gas or premium and I know from years of owning both 2 and 4 stroke's I think the yfz 450 would be a better race for the quad because they are a touch slower than the Raptor and yes I've raced against them too and ridden them. Raptor all the way and you won't have to constantly tune or rebuild the engine after running it hard. Can't beat a two stroke sound but they are outmatched against the Raptor 700. Unless you bore the engine out and basically make it have more HP it's not gonna win or outlast any Raptor. Oh I seen where a guy only got 88mph out of his Raptor on RUclips and another guy ridding the clutch who only got 70 out of his Raptor but it was pretty junked out and he acted afraid of it so no wonder but yes doubters I've gotten 90 out of my 700 with ease.

Didn't even sound like you were reading the banshee out
RAPTOR GANG BIGGER BETTER
That Banshee is sick, get it dialed in and it will be a monster, I just put a Dt200 motor in my 06 Blaster with a 1TG head from Brasil, transfers cleaned up, working ypvs, magnetron racing ignition, 30 pwk, dynoport pipe, its a beast for a 200cc, the Blaster frame is powder coated and swingarm, all new bushings and bearings, Ill post a video of it
Can you make a video on it?
@@mrsandman5679 Sure will, I just got a magnetron ignition for it from Brasil, so I don't need to run a harness anymore, just stator, flywheel, and coil with cdi built into it, I'm going to hook up a rectifier for a light and kill switch and thats it, I use a machanical powervalve now, it's going to be a beast
@@jessebrown9046 sounds Nice. I have allways loved 2 strokes. I have a 1979 Suzuki rm80 Engine that i have modded. Reborred to 88cc and the Engine block ported to match cylinder. Cylinder is allso ported. The top is changed and better squish for The Engine. Carbonfiber reeds istalled. Original pipe but modded exspansion chamber. Changed ignition to hpi 210 system with a very light flywheel. 28mm mikuni carb istalled. Curently working on jetting becuase its running to lean right now. Sure Will be a good and fun Engine when am done. Aiming for 20 horsepower and 100km/h. Super Great and easy Engine to work with 🔥
High revving idle.. breaking up at top end and overall not sounding right on the zilla buddy!! Think you should hook up with sabo and maybe some of his connections.. something still needs a tweaking for it to run right.. and you may well have it dialed in but sometimes there’s that out of the box idea someone else has that makes all the difference! What dave moore did for sabo on his 250r was incredible!! All his machines run and sound perfect now!! Best of luck pal!! Keep doin your thing!!
They should probably have more millilitres of fluid than that not during a judge but again I’ve never seen a quad Zila put into a banshee. This is the first for me.
Good race guy's
