As a child Evel Knievel was one of my Heros .... Dressed really cool and talked alot of stuff. But today what Evel talked about was the Best thing he's ever talked on ....
Thank you for posting this. Praise God for sending His Holy Spirit to draw this man , Evel Knievel, to salvation. I believe his conversion is true and genuine. What a sweet and humble man he is now. What a God honoring testimony.
When he woke up during the night he was comforted in thinking about our wonderful Lord Jesus Christ - a great testimony. He gave evidence to this promise:
“Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
The altar call was so inspired and spirit driven, that Robert scheduler jr. was overcome with tears cuz the folks would not stop coming!
Folks you just cannot believe what a miracle this service was, god cannot be stopped

wow, what a testimony! i never heard of him before but because we worship the same Jesus i am in tears of Joy, we shall meet again my passionate lover of Christ.. may God bless your testimony for more lost souls

My family and I were there that day> it was palm sunday> what an incredable testimony> but, it was the beginning of the downfall of crystal cathedral > at the end of rhe service, Evel got baptized> it was so inspiring that Robert Schuller Jr had a calling if anyone else wanted to be baptized to come forward > he got the assistant pastor to help and many people went forward > the father was angry because he didn't want that to happen> shortly after that Sunday, he fired the son.
I saw that too it absolutely destroyed the message that Schuler had preached because that was true conversion and nobody had ever seen that before. I'm glad his son did not try to follow that with Happy Talk
Praise God for the power of His Holy Spirt and His Blessed Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!
