Earths changing patterns , lakes dry up one place ,10k year old salt flat fills in another ,we became use to the idea things will remain the same we have to realize nature makes its own rules
Nature makes the laws of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, chemical reactions, etc, sure. And the rest is just cause and effect. For example, we spend over a century burning carbon and releasing CO2 and methane into the atmosphere, the effect is that more energy from the sun stays trapped in our atmosphere. Retaining more energy in the atmosphere means that the temperature rises across the planet. The planetary poles warm, ice caps melt, and the temperature differential between the equator and the poles reduces. This slows down the gulf stream and causes tropical weather systems in the Atlantic to move more slowly, spending longer building up power and accumulating more moisture due to their higher temperatures (again because of the global temperature rise). The melting ice caps also expose long-frozen permafrost in which tremendous amounts of carbon-rich gases have been trapped for centuries. As that permafrost melts, those gases are released into the atmosphere, further accelerating the global temperature rise. Nature makes the rules, we pay the price when we don't understand them and/or ignore them.

I've been to Texas and I would not say it has "Breath taking country sides" LOL
Texas is huge and the hill country is beautiful. Just having been in Texas doesn't say a damn thing about anything.
God is rewarding Texas

Nature is a wonderful thing
That's what's up man people need a break
Outside little Orla, TX, is Redbluff Lake where, when full, people waterski. :)
Wonderful place
All that water they pumped in the oil rig drilling has to come up and found an escape from the dry lakes viens
Word...
So drilling causes clear clean water. Gotcha. No wonder you are a fan of drilling
@@fredgarvin4482 not even worth an explanation. I can tell u still live with your parents and are obese
In dry places in India they dig pond holes for the water to collect in during Monsoon so the water will soak back into the earth rather than evaporate so quickly and be available more of the year to the surrounding plants. This amazing ancient land-use practice actually really works.
An oasis is usually caused by fresh water springs, not heavy rains creating a desert salt lake. Big difference between the two. They are obviously trying to obscure the differences to cause confusion.
The color of the water looks like natural springs.
No, they're just ignorant of the scientific meaning of oasis. They are using the word in a general sense. It's ok.
Definition Oasis: a fertile spot in a desert, where water is found. • a pleasant or peaceful area or period in the midst of a difficult, troubled, or hectic place or situation: an oasis of calm in the center of the city. Taken right from Webster's
oasis arent usually caused by fresh water springs. in places like the sahara, oasis is formed due to the (small) amount of rainfall, that collects down into a depression. eventually enough water fills it up and it creates a small lake. its basically this
Looks beautiful 🌞
Meanwhile in Chicago we have a lake that is bigger than South Korea and 1000 feet deep. With fresh drinking water
@@johnjackson4152 Are any as blue as Lake Michigan? Do they have 20 foot fresh water waves or rip currents. Lake Michigan is the largest lake in America.
Soon we might have to pipe it to the southwest if it dries up. I don't think that will happen though. Because even some suburbs don't have access
🙌 Lovely!
Look at God! He is just wonderful!
Spoken with faith and wisdom. God bless you and all those reading this.
Sorry I don't have time to look right now.
We are looking at how wonderful he is when he gave a innocent three year old family member cancer .
Or I'm to busy watching how wonderful he was last year when he gave five other members of our family the chance to be hit by a drunk driver crossing the yellow line and killing all five of them while the drunk driver walked away from the accident.
It is Wonderful..enjoy..
God bless "TEXAS WITH TO HAND "
Never been to the northwest I'm guessing... Texas sucks. lol
Kinda like that desert spring in Coahuila State, NICE! :)
Only a true living God can do this all Glory and praises to our Lord God on Jesus might name Hallelujah Hallelujah
My neighbors from Monterey Ca. told me ''l just dont see all this natural beauty people talk about in Tx.'' . l asked 'have you been to What-a-burger?' They didnt think that was too funny.

Texas gives BIRTH to more than lakes in deserts. GOD BLESS TEXAS !
Texas looks like mexico now days. I'd be asking to a refund for that blessing.
Awesome !!
Isn’t that water contaminated? Lol I know they have places like this from chemical runoff or dumping in Russia and they’re this same color
No, it's just saltwater.
It's about to be. It'll be full of garbage and human waste in no time.
Literally all nonWhite Beach and lake areas are heavily polluted because they pollute.
All water is contaminated now days that's why it goes through water treatment plants . Your worried look up satelite images of all the human crap floating in ocean by China . I saw it recently the pictures from space is full of China dumping human waste in water. Disgusting. You'd be safer in the salt flats water .
I hope everyone I spaying attention to the changes
You spaying attention to the changes?
That’s it, let’s everyone all go to this lake to enjoy it’s beauty and then a week later it’s full of human waste because people are careless.
Exactly what I was thinking >:(

Is it mosquito lake by Pecos? Where is it ?
I too was surprised that they never bothered to tell the viewers where it is. Well other than saying it’s in west Texas, which really only narrows it down to.. oh I’ll swag it and say 100,000 square miles.
@@oldsguy354 they did mention castle rock… but there’s still a lot of flat acreage in that area
Why would they tell you so you can go there and destroy it with garbage, human waste and thousands of unwelcome people? Were you dropped off from another planet and don’t know the destruction people do every day to nature? Didn’t you hear most of it is on private property? They should’nt have reported on this in the first place. Guess they wanted to show it before it becomes a garbage dump. From what they show, it’s well on its way.

The lake was filling back up untill.... they started drilling for oil.

It may also be from some springs. There's a spring-fed oasis called Balmorrhea State Parks out that way, too.
