I’m first and foremost an India fan. But a powerful West Indies in test cricket is what the game needs right now. I’ve been to WI a few times it is incredible, the sport, the music, the food, the weather and the god Damn rum 😂😂😂And don’t get me started on the local people. So much hospitality I’ve always felt welcome in the West Indies.

1 of the best days of test cricket for WI in some time and im not talking about the on field performance but instead the crowd. Massive respect to the Grenandians that showed up, danced, roared when shots were played, banging the instruments, and brought the kids out. Gave the match a true WI match vibes . Im watching the match from far away and I feel like I should jump on a plane and get to Grenada to watch day4 in the stands that's how much I enjoyed the atmosphere. Well done 🇬🇩

From starting, I like watching Da silva batting, I think he got great technique and have all the potential to be a great test batsman. Moreover, his commitment and coordination with his teammates is great..
He plays around his front pad too often. Gets caught out

Absolutely..i am a fan of him since the srilanka series..the way he played on spin tracks where other windies batsmen got blowned away was amazing..a good batsman with good technique..has a wonderful career ahead of him

You guys nearly made my blood boil the way Bonner and Holder got out, but good fight from Dasilva, Joseph and Roach saved the day for us. Now lets see if we can now do to England what they did to us yesterday. A 50-60 run lead here will be important on this wicket

After all the recent bore draws, it was good to see a genuine battle between bat and ball in this game. Really looking forward to a result either way, both teams have had some great performances this series. Root, Brathwaite, Bonner, Stokes and Mahmood have all been irrepressible this series!

I think thats what needs to be done with the order. The correct position for this very responsible and real test wicket keeper. The only way holder should come above him in the order should be because of the game situation. Holder should come after him. I see these two as the key to wi future success in the middle order. Both should change batting position depending on the state of the game

Why not WI send Da Silva up the order?? I was waiting every innings that they would send him above Jason Holder... First saw him during SL series and he showed a lot of grit and hard work he's way too good a batsman to be coming at number 8!
Question here why is it that every time Ben stokes goes off the field of play as soon as he returns he get the ball and there is a break through it makes me wonder if he is checking the monitor and know what to do just asking
Finally a proper Test match. I knew WI would struggle but glad they managed to scrape ahead. I hope they get 50+ lead cause batting last is gonna be tough.
I think very good from our lower order especially dasilva Joseph and roach give us the leaned of match but we need dasilva and roach to build more partnership tomorrow about 70 to 80 runs leaned give us chance for win
Braithwaite seems to be in his peak. Very rare to see a test batsman like him in today's Era. It is hard to get him out but luck favors English side with uneven bounce. Otherwise he would have turn this knock as an one more hundred in this series

Mate...he is alright on dead pitches only. Believe me if all pitches had been spicy, he wouldn't have crossed an aggregate of 100 in 4 innings.

I hope this series is the last for Campbell. Da Silva really need to move up the order and get some experience and confidence because the potential and technique there.
I like Campbell..
But like nearly all of our batsmen you are not seeing improvement in sorting out their technically flawed batting techniques...
I often wonder who if anyone at all sits down with them and point out the little things they do wrong.

He's had his troubles but so has everyone, at least he's an attacking player who can wr worked with, he's the 2nd leading scorer of this innings thus far even though that's not saying much..we have to be objective and fair..all of them struggle mightily why are consistently picking on the same one. In thrse 3 test matches I'm pretty sure his combined score his higher than 60% of the team, why aren't we calling out brooks, holder, bonner, blackwood etc

I agree I definitely think Da Silva should be batting higher up the order everytime he bats he always seems to try and build an innings rather than throw his wicket away and because he bats so low in the order he always bats with the tail.....

Like I said many times. John Campbell is not cut out for test cricket.. Very impatient and very inconsistent.
Da Silva's a great prospect for the windies, he sticks in there and offers good resistance, whilst still playing some shots.
Got a feeling this wicket has flattened out which means it will probably be much easier When England come out to bat.

The playing across the line is a T20 technique that most batsmen can't adjust to when playing test cricket. Flashing outside the off stump and dabbing are two other shots that they should eliminate.
Holder is not a number 6! He barely justifies being a number 8. WI need some real batsmen soon.
Holder needs to be at #8..has the technique but lacks commitment

Seems to me they both played to standard. They both have terrible batting lineups that were flattered by roads in the first 2 Tests. This pitch isn't even that bad and they having a nightmare

Da Silva, Bonner, craigg they have immense test cricketing temperament.
Really frustrating being an England supporter and seeing our bowling be so all over the place. How can Starc and Cummins can put it on a handkerchief time and time again and our bowlers can't bowl the same ball twice..? down the leg side, wide, short, down leg side again..ffs man just bowl a line and length and stick to it with the very occasional different ball for variation, a slow cross seamed ball, slow yorker etc.. We need a left arm fast bowler too to create foot marks like the Aussies do with Starc and Lyon, don't know if it's just pure stubbornness or what but why can't we do what the Aussies do and at the same time sharpen our game up to be competitive..? and I see we had a short 3rd man there for a bit that was good but on this pitch probably not so essential as this pitch is very up and down and LBW's and caught in the outfield look the way to get batsmen out.
